While I did end up deciding on somewhere cheaper and closer to my work, the tour I had was amazing. Little bit hard to set up at first it seems, but it's worth it. The apartments are clean and very nice, especially the bathrooms. Tommi was very helpful throughout my time considering them and perhaps I will move in at a later date, or recommend them to someone who's planning to live in Bronzeville. Cheers!

I love living here! I feel very safe, security checks who comes in and out, it’s close to many places to eat, and the best part: TOMMI. Tommi is absolutely amazing and has helped myself and my cousin with everything we needed. Every apartment complex needs a Tommi.

I had a wonderful tour of the Woodland Park complex with Tommi yesterday. The complex is BEAUTIFUL... from the landscaping to the apartment amenities. It's definitely a hidden gem in the city. There is so much attention to detail in every part of the complex. The management team is also very friendly, and strives to make sure you have a great experience over the phone and in-person.

This community is perfect for people who love the city but want a little piece of secluded paradise.The employees are incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming, and the apartments are gorgeous. I haven't had a single conflict or problem during my entire residency. I would recommend to anyone looking for a safe and beautiful space to live

The facility is really nice. They have great security, the rooms are super clean and modern in aesthetic. Working with Tommi Garcia has honestly been a great experience and hes always available to help and quick to respond. I appreciate his work and ethic a lot.

I've complained about bugs since day 1 and have yet to find a solution. If you love bugs and poor customer service, this is the place for you.  I literally had to beg them to send an exterminator because they were not proactive in solving the issue. Attached are just a few pics of the bugs in my unit.  I live on the 1st floor so I don't expect not to ever see a critter here or there but what I complained about was excessive. I saw bugs on a daily basis especially in the summer. They do not seem to have any working email addresses for staff. If you call, forget it, poor customer service. Annabelle will gaslight you into believing your insane. Tommy is friendly but ultimately, useless.  When opening maintenance requests for pests, they would close them before the service was started or finished.  I do not recommend this place at all because it is not worth the amount of money or headaches you're sure to have. Zero stars and a thousand thumbs down.

This apartment complex was a breath of fresh air during our apartment search. Tommi went the extra mile during our tour and application process to make sure t we were taken care of. We're excited to move in, and hope to stay for a while!

The complex is either under construction or receiving some significant and extremely disruptive changes every few months; folks regularly get stuck in the elevator and have to wait for the fire dept. to come get you; the security gate causes more inconveniences than it provides safety; in unit appliances are sub-par & will mostly require your own effort to maintain. For the cost, you can do a lot better. PS, the year is 2023 & this complex will give you 99 reasons why they don't offer tenets the ability to recycle.  *its also been 2 years of living here and they still continue to misgender me on a regular basis even after being corrected.

I’ve been staying here for about 3 months now and I love my place. The location, the space and updates in the units, the security cameras, quick maintenance and leasing office responses, nice upkeep of the property and inside of the buildings all make me happy that I chose this place. I also love that they implement rules for everyone to adhere to. I’ll be here for awhile.

I just called to inquire about an apartment and pricing and was directed to the website by Samed- ‘ The community Director’. Not one time did Samed offer any pricing details which to me seems very uninviting. Then I asked if they took section 8 or if they had any subsidized units in the building and his response was no our unit start at 2100. First impression is a no for me and I will be sure to contact the corporate office about how rude Mr. Samed was. If your not into customer service and leasing you probably shouldn’t be answering the phone at a leasing office!
