Moved to the area recently and we were fortunate to find this dental office in Madison. Great staff - Melanie was a wealth of information and Renee was one of the best hygienist I've ever had. Dr. Woodruff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
Staff was very courteous. Dr. Lindsey great job and a pleasure to meet for the first time. Ms. Hattie very professional. Woodruff and Lindsey is the place to go for your dentistry needs.
This was our first time and I'd definitely say this is one of the best dental practices I've ever been to. Kari was great explaining exactly what I needed and everyone there was very nice. My son saw a different hygienist and he liked her as well. Dr. Lindsey was great too; I had one cavity and my son didn't have any. I did, however, need a deep cleaning. They gave me enough numbing drugs that it really wasn't bad at all and they showed me exactly what it would cost to do it with my insurance and left it up to me. No pressure. I highly recommend them!
The entire staff at Woodruff Dentistry is phenomenal! I have extreme anxiety & am having to have my entire mouth reconstructed… The staff has managed to help me work through my panic & stay as comfortable as possible WHILE doing a phenomenal job on my teeth! I have 5 more rounds to go- So I’ll keep the reviews updated!
I was trying to get in to see a dentist before the end of the year so I could use my insurance allowance. When I called there were no openings, so I asked if I they had a "call waiting list" in case of any cancellations. Less than 2 weeks went by and I received a text message saying they had an opening the next day. The staff is amazing! They are very thorough and explained everything they were doing so I understood why they are doing it. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good dentist that is very thorough and professional.

Everyone was welcoming and more helpful than I could have ever expected. From the first call answered by Melanie, to Renee the hygienist to Dr. Lindsey.. All of these ladies made me feel very comfortable and like they cared about my visit. Not an assembly line.. A thorough pleasant first visit!!
After moving to Madison several years ago, we tried out Dr. Woodruff as our new local dentist. He and his staff absolutely didn't disappoint me and my husband! We had been with our previous dentist for decades and were nervous about changing. Melanie, our first point of contact, was incredibly helpful and super efficient. Dr. Woodruff and his staff are very professional and have helped us through some difficult times. We recommend them without hesitation!!
I don't particularly love going to the dentist, but I will say that going to see Dr. Woodruff has been an excellent experience for me. From his mannerism and exceptional knowledge to his entire staff and their attitude and knowledge, including insurance matters, it has been very pleasant. I highly recommend his practice.
Quality professionals. Thorough exams and explanations. Appreciate the service that is always greeted with a smiling face.
