I would give my overall experience 25 stars! Front office staff is amazing very patient with me discussing appointments as I was trying to coordinate some thing with my daughter as well. Working with my dental insurance friendliness. Office is very clean my dental hygienist. Jessica was absolutely the best!! And Dr. White has a wonderful bedside manner very personable and everyone was extremely patient and friendly!!
I was nervous coming in for my appointment because after moving states my dentist care was the last thing on my mind. I had to move my appointment due to illness and the staff were very quick to answer the phone and assist. When an earlier appointment opened up they made sure to contact me and schedule everything so I was in a great place. They made the billing process incredibly stress-free and easy. Everyone I met at the practice was extremely kind, patient and more than happy to provide me information and resources. The teeth cleaning was done before I knew it and I couldn’t feel a thing the entire time. They did provide me a quote before they began and were very quick to help answer any other insurance questions. I needed sealants during my visit and I was worried it would be expensive or we would need to reschedule for another day. They had the quote ready in minutes and were able to put the sealants on right after. Overall, they were very skilled in what they do. They made something I was dreading a wonderful and exciting experience. I highly highly recommend. I can’t wait to come back.
High tech office, very impressive. Friendly helpful team. Hygienists Jessica was the most tender yet thorough I have ever had! Dr. White is kind caring and listened intently to my concerns. My first visit, but I will definitely be back.
This is my first visit to Lake Hancock Dental and I was very pleased. Jessica, the hygienist, was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. Dr. White was professional, personable and he took the time to explained everything.
Dr White is compassionate and does a great job making you feel comfortable. My hygienist is the best and I look forward to seeing her every 6 months which says a lot because the dentist office has never been on my list of favorite places to go. This office is nice and clean and the front staff is very friendly.
I was a patient here for over 3 years and have had the most atrocious experience I've ever had with a medical office. We received a notice that a bill was 60 days overdue due to insurance not paying even though we had not received the original bill. Upon calling the office, they said they sent it through email and that all the messages were opened. I checked my spam folder and every single message was there and unopened none were in my normal inbox. At this time I told them we were happy to pay the original amount of the bill and get this settled. At this time the woman on the phone said that they just sent the bill to collections and we'd have to pay there. I then asked to cancel my next appointment while we get this figured out and she said "okay your appointment in November is cancelled" and then hung up without giving us any information about contacting the collections company to get this resolved. The Dr. Suarez is lovely and all the hygienists have been wonderful, but this is unfortunately not the first time we have had issues with the business side of the practice but it will certainly be the last.
From the moment I walked in everyone was very professional and attentive. The dental assistant made sure I felt comfortable. Dr White took the time in explaining everything I needed. I would highly recommend Lake Hancock to my friends and family.
New patient here - very clean office! Jessica was very thorough, gentle, and knowledgeable! She explained everything as she was doing it. Glad to have found my new dentist since moving over here!
I have to say, my experience at Lake Hancock Dental has been fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really put me at ease, especially since I've had bad dental experiences in the past. When I met with the dentist, I was really impressed by how thorough and knowledgeable she was. She took the time to explain everything she was going to do, and made sure I understood everything before she started. During the procedure, she kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable and wasn't feeling any pain. Overall, I highly recommend Lake Hancock Dental - they truly go above and beyond to make the dental experience as smooth and painless as possible!
The dentist and hygienists do a great job. We have gone to this office in the fall of 2022. We have had much trouble with the invoices and continue trying to resolve issues from Oct.2022. Our account was supposed to be sent for an audit as we could not agree on the amount owed. There is difficulty reaching a live person and we seem to get the same electronic email even though we contacted this office several times to resolve. It is a nightmare to work through. Will not be returning.
