The hospitality the staff showed us was amazing!!! They were friendly, kind, helpful and to say a massive thankyou to the ambulance service they gave us lots of free gifts which honestly touched our hearts. Thankyou for everything and for being so special. . East of England ambulance service.
All my favourite home brands, much better than other supermarket own brands.
Always a good range. Newer supermarkets have closed door fridges that don't make the aisles so chilly though!
That was a very busy Waitrose ! The pre-scanned tills are arranged terribly with no slot for used vouchers ... The machine called an assistant twice who was worked off her feet checking someone's trolley while everyone else was waiting for her ... once to say I look over 25 and once to take my voucher.

I was in the Stamford supermarket a couple of weeks ago & stood for 5 minutes while a customer tried to pay for her shopping. Only 2 tills open & mine blocked. Supervisor walking about could have opened another till to ease pressure. Security guard marching about watching us. Till staff indifferent & not at all how I remembered them. Not a pleasant experience all round. Much better to shop at M&S in Stamford.
Thank you Waitrose at Stamford for the amazing slow cooked stuffed turkey breast you delivered to me on Monday 20th. I can honestly say it was the best Turkey I have ever had and an excellent use by date. Really impressed with my Christmas online delivery.
Friendly staff, always come away with more than I go in for because of the great choice there, great offers for Halloween and other seasonal goods, also nice home ware Isle.
Quality food. Very high welfare standards and exceptional service. A pleasure to shop here and some amazing deals. With offers, incentives and discounts what would normally have cost £100 or thereabouts cost us just £59!!! Say no more. Well done Waitrose
The actual shop is fine but the security guard you’ve got on the door making sure everyone goes in singly and is incredibly rude and unfriendly should be replaced by a member of staff who actually want custom. He really is awful and poor old ladies are standing in the queue in the rain outside instead of being encouraged to move to the front. No signs further up to say elderly can get priority. Bad form Waitrose. M & S in town are much better and better organised by lovely friendly staff at the door!
