Great place and great owner. She worked with me when I was only going to be in town a few weeks to come up with a reasonable plan to cover the time frame I needed.

This is a great local gym if you're in the Carrollton area. The owner was very nice. The equipment is kept very clean. Best of all it's open 24/7

Cool little place to get your work out in. There are cleaning supplies to clean the equipment after every use and the locals are pretty cool for the most part.

I thought we would be shown how to work the machine as I thought we would have a tour, but it was us walk through.

Been going for months..always clean, not a ton of people there when I go which is awesome. Lots of machines to use..

Working out here is always an enjoyable experience. The owner is wonderful, the gym is always clean and quiet, and they offer some great classes.

A couple leg machines are a little dated. Otherwise it's a great gym that has everything you need.

This is a great spot to work out.. I'm visiting from out of town and the owner couldn't be more accommodating
