SOAR has changed my life. I've been in active recovery for about a year and a half now and SOAR is my constant. The workouts help me get out of my head, the groups are amazing and full of caring and non-judgement, just holding each other accountable. If you are a physically active person, or someone that just likes to move or heck even just wanting to try something different and you want to better your life and help your sobriety, I highly recommend SOAR. If you listen and put in the work you will not be disappointed <3
These guys are awesome! They take the time to get to know and understand you and are always there if you need anything. The support that you get is insane to me, they go well out of their way to help however possible. Combining a physical fitness aspect to recovery has been such a challenge but such a blessing. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially those I know and care about.
The kids program is inspiring. As a Father who is in recovery, I absolutely love that S.O.A.R Helps young people find the confidence within and teaches healthy lifestyle principles that will hopefully be a guidance to them throughout there life. All the coaches there are Rad!
I came to SOAR in 2018, i was hopeless and broken trying to figure out how to continue life without drugs. Upon arriving I was surrounded with love and people who truly wanted me to succeed, some of my best friends today are people I met in this program. I was taught how to create new rewards in life through training, nutrition and spiritual experiences like hiking and other types of outdoor experiences. I have regained confidence in myself and have learned how to be of service to other struggling addicts. I was given the opportunity to become a life coach in this program so now I walk through the shadows with the addicts still struggling and teach them this way of life and how to cope with every day life. I could go on forever about this program. It saved my life! So much love and gratitude for SOAR
I am fairly new to this program joining up shortly after coming out of an impatient program in May 2020. Upon joining up I had a decent recovery started but this place has taken it to a whole other level. I love the cause and the why behind the program. I absolutely love the student to coach model here, where at first you come in and learn the program and then are able to become a SOAR life coach and pass on what you have learned and implemented into your life onto the new people that come into the program. I also love how this is truly a lifestyle from fitness, nutrition, spirituality, and recovery. I love how I feel that I get just as much out of the 1 hour a night in the classroom as I do the 1 hour out in the gym. And on top of that I love looking forward to the early Saturday morning get togethers where we really don't know what we have in store but time after time just end up being a blast! This place is truly special and has so much to offer, I recently enrolled my son and a couple of his friends in the after school teenage lifting program that they have here and he is blown away by not only the "gains" as he says that he has noticed but by the fact that he has his own strength and nutrition coach that he communicates with regularly. This journey for myself and family is about to come full circle when my wife is going to start coming for the ladies fitness part of it shortly.
SOAR has been and continues to be a saving grace in my life. I knew I needed to be around other people; I knew I needed group support. I was tired of failing at addiction recovery on my own. I felt guided to this program. Now this group is family. I’ve been in and out of several programs, and believe me, this is by far the best one. I’m just so grateful, words cannot express.
Soar is amazing. Great people, great knowledge, and amazing adventures. If you are trying to get sober and want to become a better person I highly recommend this program.
Amazing program that changed my families life. Helped my family member find community, health and a higher power. So grateful for Dustin, Frank, LT and all the amazing people at SOAR.
Great place for Recovery life change, very supportive and positive atmosphere. Good place to help anyone, kids and adults, learn new ways to keep you sober and healthy.
SOAR brought me back from the anguish of years of addiction to show me a life worthy of recovery, surrounded me with a people that are not just surviving but thriving in the war on addiction
