Wright Memorial Hospital, Custer Clinic

After a patient had a baby last fall, she encountered some major health issues. Issues that resulted in a softball sized lump in abdomen area. Was told: hernia, cyst, mass, cancer, and multiple other things. She went in to have hernia removed and had 2 major incisions. After surgery, encountered massive bruising and lump got bigger. Nobody seems to know what the lump is considering they keep giving her a diagnosis. She has been pumped full of contrast. Has been given enough to "freeze an Arcticat" according to nurse. She has massive bruising on her arms from them trying to find a vein. And now has blood running down arm from nurse pulling IV out.

Went to the ER today for clotting and they always say I have UTI anytime I go into the emergency room

The ER doctor working the afternoon of Saturday September 12, 2022 went above and beyond for my 99 year old grandfather. He was able to get him a hospital bed in N. KC. and we are extremely thankful! Extremely good communication between my aunts and mother. He came out of the parking lot to explain multiple times to my family.

The absolute worst experience ever! A member of my family went in with very little movement in hid body one week after a car accident. It the hospital almost 4.5 hours to get a transfer called in. All they did was give him a cat scan after being told that they are not to do anything until a parent was present. Worst place ever! I would highly recommend to take your loved ones to any other hospital! Wright Memorial Hospital is a joke!

Place is a joke sent me home said nothing was wrong with me . Went to different hospital they sent me in for emergency surgery on my intestines good thing I went somewhere else could of died

Wait two years to now 2022 to demand that you were there face paper mask. What a wast of paper and going green all for them to waste money if you ware a mask . Yours is not good now you must ware theres and as dumb as Feb 22 and it been fine since 18

Great people. I may not have always got what I wanted, when I wanted it..but I always received the care I needed. The staff are all wonderful people and make me feel like they are family. I feel they all genuinely care about my needs and go out of their way to accommodate them the best they can. I appreciate all they do to help those in this community. Love them all.

Very welcoming people and I didnt have to wait too long for a nurse and the doctor

Sprang my foot er visit make sure nothing was broke 3 x-rays and 1 pain pill $ 2538.00 that's rediculous

This hospital is a joke. By far the worst hospital around here. I don't recommend going here. If possible go somewhere else
