Kevin is hands down the best groomer in the area! I only trust him to cut my pups hair and I always recommend him to others. He always does an amazing job :
20220208 going out of business... discounts: food 10% off, chews 20%, treats 30%, toys I think it was 20%... items still expensive even with the discount because their original price is so high. I pay about $1.70 to $1.99 for each Etta Says Turkey Jerky stick, and with the discount, either 20% or 30%, she said they were $2.39 each . I'm going to wait for larger discounts to see what they have left.
Wonderful store. Kevin, the groomer, is beyond excellent. It is obvious he truly cares about the dogs and grooms them with love. I have been taking my dog there since I got her 3 1/2 years ago. She is a bichon mix and always looks fabulous after her monthly groom. Highly recommended.
Great store with great employees especially Buck!. We have been buying our dog food here for three years, as well as other treats to pamper our pups. The staff are knowledgeable about the products and have given a lot of good recommendations over the years.
I went during my lunch break from work and it was the best decision I have made all day! Buck made my day so much better! He was a perfect angel, who was calm and loving! Plus the service was amazing! I will def be back! The bestest boy
This is the third time I took my goldendoole to this place. It’s professional as retail store until grooming service… The first two times, they didn’t really cut the way I asked for but still charged full price.My husband insisted on giving them 3rd chance… This time I asked him to cut it half , not too short but he literally shaved him off..but on the other side saying he spent so much time on detangled matted hair and charged me extra 40$ ..thing is you didn’t really try to detangle if you shave him off. my puppy looks ridiculously miserable .His face has red scratches, marks from shaving too close.. look like he bled before we picked him up. This place lost our service.
The Fairfax store is the best customer service—Love Tyler, Dillon, Elizabeth and Erika...Super helpful and always a pleasure to work with. If you choose one store it’s the Fairfax one, for sure!!!
The staff probably cared more about my sweet dog than her actual vets did. I came here for the first time a few months ago, when my dog started experiencing inappetence as a side effect of radiation treatment. The staff took the time to help me pick out vitamin supplements, treats, different foods, soft toys, first aid supplies, etc., and each time I came back, they were just as ready to help me help my dog. The last trip I made for her, she was biting the inside of her mouth and couldn't eat much solid food. Thy were out of the bone broth she loved, but the staff not only helped me find substitutes and soft stews she could eat, but pulled out two bags of what I wanted that had been reserved but not picked up in time, and let me purchase them.
We've been bringing our dog here for grooming since they added the service and Kevin makes sure he always comes out looking great. They're on time when they say they'll be done with him and geographically very desirable.
Came here for the first time with my pup. Not really sure how prices compare with the big pet storefronts, but everything seemed reasonable to me. The crew were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I bought a bunch of treats, dog food, toys and a harness.
