The Contact Center is a newly renovated in-bound call center catering to WorldMark timeshare owners and guests across, the US, Canada, Australia and Mexico
AVAILABLE SHIFTS
All new hire entry level agents are assigned the nights and weekend schedule unless hired for the Travel Department which is closed on weekends. This will be the agent’s shift for at least the first 6 months. Wyndham does shift bids twice per year.
PAY, INCENTIVES AND BENEFITS
• $13.00/hour starting pay plus performance based incentives
