My name is Angelia Lomu and I am a Family Nurse Practitioner. I am the sole owner and operator of WCHS. I am excited to share with you what services I am able to provide to your company and its employees. I would also like to thank you for taking the time to learn more about my company and the services I am able to provide. The primary focus of my business is doing pre-employment non-DOT physicals and DOT physicals, however I am also able to do sports physicals, hazmat physicals and annual wellness physicals. If your company is looking for a soul provider to come onsite and do annual wellness physicals and laboratory/blood work, I am able to do this for your employees. The benefits of having one provider that is able to come onsite are numerous. Your employees wouldn’t have to take time out of their busy schedule to go somewhere else to have this done, the labs could be drawn there on site, and having a single point person to do the physicals and lab work provides for continuity of care for your employees. I am also able to provide on-the-job injury evaluations, should the situation arise that an employee would need to have this done. Aside from physicals I am able to order chest xrays, do simple vision screenings including color testing, and macro urinalysis testing. On top of all of that I am an American Heart Association basic life support (BLS) instructor. I am certified to teach BLS CPR classes for Health Care Providers, Heart Saver CPR and First Aid classes for the general public. I am able to accommodate up to 6 people per class and each class takes approximately 3 hours. I am also in the process of being able to provide skin tuberculosis testing/PPD, and certain vaccinations including influenza, MMR, and TDaP. This should be rolling out within the next month.
