If computer came with recovery disks or a recovery drive, please bring them with you, as it may be required to re-install operating system and drivers later. If no recovery disks or drive, please be sure to ask for some to be made upon delivery.
Most upgrades, depending on project, can be installed with customer present, so no long consumer downtime waiting until services are completed. (meaning you set an appointment, come in with your system, services are done with you there on MOST projects, and you are back up and running in a timely fashion, with only a couple of hours down, instead of a few days)**
**Disclaimer(2): All recycled systems are to be no older than 2008 models, in order to be inspected, Operating System to be reinstalled, and resold; 2007 & prior systems will be stripped bare and sold as "For Parts" only, with an exception for computer cases themselves!!!!
