On a Saturday when no one else could or would help us Banfield helped us to rescue this beautiful dog. Stayed later than they were supposed to and were so heartfelt about everything they did. I highly recommend them and I pray blessings over this whole staff!
Banfield has always been good with my pets. Lately my dogs have had back to back issues. Some urgent, and some challenging. My dogs have gotten appointments in a timely matter and the veterinarians have worked together to take care of Miss Ruby during her eye emergency this week. Seems like every time I go, I'm impressed a little bit more! Also, the team at the front desk is awesome!
One star at best for this location. After paying copious amounts of money in the plan, for 3 dogs to include 1 senior & 1 puppy* more expensive plans we still ended up paying over a 1000.00 last year,to get vet care else where for our dogs bc we could never get an appointment outside of vaccines. Several times we had gone in and seen 2 different vets check up & vaccine follow up shots one would say our puppy was great the other insisted on copious amounts of additional care. We have paid to cancel our plans for all our animals. We have never had issues at other Banfields. We have been with them for nearly my 20 years all over the US. So this is rather disappointing.
They really care about the puppets. Tiki always get too excited when going there, but they get to get him calmed. Installations are really clean
Dr. Thomas and the whole staff were great, very kind and comfortable environment. The clinic is clean. Super happy we found this one.
Great place , our dog was happy to uncompress and run playfully, knowing its a safe place for pets .
The front desk people are hit or miss. I always try to call in medication but they never have it ready and I just come in. Well apparently today was a bad day to come in and the front desk person was very rude and hostile for no reason. I wish I would have just left like I said I would but believe me when I say I’m never coming back. I have dealt with this for too long.
Great staff & doc. Took good care of my cat! Great place to care for your animals!
Great Clinic. We have been taking our Golden Bonnie Therapy Dog here for years. You can feel comfortable that your pet is being cared for by a happy and animal loving staff. We feel our Bonnie is in good hands with Dr. Powers.
