I had a pretty good time... I enjoy playing the slots as long as I am winning or at the very least stretching out my funds to play longer... An awesome quality of the Legends Casino is a "non smoking" policy on the premise... Makes having fun add up to staying longer... There is a variety of cool and progressive slot machines... It's awesome to take a break once in awhile and let my hair down... Had a great time made a little cash and went home smiling and relaxed.
My slot machine froze. It took a long time to get help. A non-English speaking person came to help. When it was unfrozen some of my money was gone and the bonus was ready to start but it all disappeared. I put more money in and it too disappeared. I got frustrated and left. A short time later my friend saw someone getting bonus after bonus on that machine. I guess that's why they call it gambling and not winning. I just didn't think I should have to start over after the machine was unfrozen.
It's a bit out of the way, like this huge gambling hotel in the middle of a tiny little town, but it's pretty nice compared to the other hotels and motels around. The beds are not that comfortable, and there's no room service, but the rooms are super clean and the service is excellent! Plenty of food at the food court, if you don't want to pay $30 for buffet that you can't take back to your rooms. There is a safe and a mini fridge available in the rooms, however no microwave. The phone in my room didn't work, but not sure who uses phones anyways when there's no room service. Again, the staff are super friendly and had nothing but smiles and offered lots of help. Service animals are only allowed on the casino floor, you can't bring your pets with you to the rooms. Valet is available, and doormen to help you with luggage.
The worse experience!! - told my daughter we checked out 2 days ago - she was under the influence of alcohol and needed a bathroom and used it where the housekeeper was cleaning up. - supervisor refused to solve any issues and still claimed we checked out. Meanwhile my mother was standing in front of him and refused to hear her. - supervisor Steve/Steven did not acknowledge what we had to say and he was always right. -he barred my daughter and claimed she had a fake name - her father was in the hotel list with the same last name. He failed to check it out. He called the police and had her arrested - still claimed we checked out!!! Failed to check our names. Thank goodness my brother told me she was going to be arrested. - he was rude mannered and felt as if we owed him an apology - my daughter left her phone and wallet in her uncles car. She claimed she had to sleep outside. She walked to the gas station hoping to run into a family member. Because Steve/Steven would not take the time to acknowledge she needed to get a hold of one of us at the hotel. -she was upset - became argumentative and I do not blame her whatsoever. -Our room was overlooked twice and I had to let front desk know and they claimed they will get someone in to clean it. - on the second day of no one cleaned the room. I asked to moved into a clean room. I did let them know my husband could not walk far and the room was further down. - the bell person stated they should have placed us closer. At least she understood. - the General manager was not in on Monday morning to deal with this issues. - Spoke with someone else. He listened but we will see how they handled this matter. - Our family was here for a memorial for my brother and sister!!! This situation added more stress of the lack of cleansing or felt as we had to be watched at all times. -some of the staff were not friendly - and messed up the names for the guest in the rooms. - I am upset how my family has been treated with the worsted hotel experience. I would have expected this from non-Native peopleFirst Nations. But when it is Native American run business I would have expected better. This was one of the worst experiences my family went through. It did not matter how many times I called in to clean the room or order towels. We were ignored. It was bad enough to go to housekeeping to get clean towels. I even offered to vacuum the carpets. As for the supervisor Steve/Steven. I heard there was many complaints against him. He was rude and ignorant employee that will cost the hotel business. For a Native American hotel - I felt I was not treated equal and I am a Native American Indian. Will this matter get solved?! The ball is in their court. Q: if this was your experienced what I went through - would you be upset? This is for the General Manager and the owner of the hotel. Signed by - unhappy customer/stressful If I could give a “0” rating - that is my rating.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Room keeping doesn’t clean. Staff had attitude. I usually stay in an indigenous places being indigenous. But to have discrimination by your own kind is outrageous. Staff is disorganized. Had to chase down room service to get clean towels. Was here for memorial and it was stressful stay. Had to wait for an hour for my food at buffet. This place was once good, but now it’s gone so far down. DO NOT STAY spend money else where even a motel would be higher grade than this.
It took us 1 1/2 hours to check into our room. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 4. Asked us to wait a half hour. An hour later we asked and they sent us to a dirty room. A half hour after that we get our room. We came from the west side to see the show that night. Elle King was amazing, the buffet was mediocre. The machines were nice to me. But the check in the as a nightmare.
Check in was very frustrating. Our room was not ready at check in time. We were told to come back at a certain time and when we returned long after the suggested time, we were told our room still wasn’t ready. We had been on the road for 7 hours and really wanted to be settled in our room. I asked whether there might be a similar room available and the person working at the front desk said “oh maybe” and found us another room instead. I was surprised that she hadn’t thought of this solution on her own. There is no luggage cart for you to use without using the concierge service. At first glance the room looks lovely but upon closer inspection many parts of the room were falling apart. At first glance the
I live in Las Vegas, so it's not fair to compare. But the casino floor was not very inviting, and it was hard to maneuver around the machines. My wife had fun on one of the machines, but she normally plays video poker, and there isn't any, on the floor. Even the best Casinos in Vegas have kept them around because so many guests love them. But the restrooms were clean and the machines were clean, but we were early in the day. But no cleaning folks around wiping machines off. Vegas is never without a team cleaning machines off with disinfectant. But it's in a small reservation, so it's probably good enough for the locals there to get their gambling bug fixed.
Rooms very clean. Casino area clean, easy to maneuver around machine groups only negative was breakfast. Ran out of all breakfast items by 9am except for large fairly dry breakfast burritos.Rooms: 5/5
I really wanted to like this place. Where do I start? It took over an hour to check into my room which had been reserved for weeks in advance. Then when I finally got to the front desk 10 people in line took the full hour The poor woman was exhausted and had been working over 12 hours straight. She had to call housekeeping to see if my room was ready. After I had got settled in we played the machines for a while. We started to win and then they kicked us off the machines for maintenance. All good! Called it a night and when I went out to my car in the morning someone had used suction cups on my rear window to try and break in. Needless to say I wont be staying here again. Pretty unfortunate because the breakfast bar was AMAZING.
