Nice of you to assume it was because you wouldn't do something for free. Pretty sure it was an accidental rating, I didn't realize I had done when I went to get your number. My mom and grandma did business with Mark Yates for years.. I believe my mom even said he did work with my grandfather but that was over 30 years ago. Yeah the prices might of been high for me at the time but I didn't expect the work to be done free and wouldn't give a company a 1 star rating just for that reason.

I found Yates phone number at 8:30 PM when a part of our electricity went out in the apartment. To my surprise a lady answered and I vaguely tried to explain the situation and that I thought I was looking at circuit breaker box with weird colorful knobs. She gave the phone to her husband and he asked me to text him photos of the box to try to figure out the issue. This was also after I gave him my address and we figured out that he was no longer servicing the property under the new owners. He proceeded to try to work on the issue with me and even figured out which fuse needed replacement from the picture. Needless to say, my brief encounter with Yates was extremely pleasant and I was not even a customer. I am definitely taking the contact information when I buy a home to have these guys around. The world needs more companies like this.
