Yellowstone Bear World

About

This is the best place to see the wildlife of Yellowstone. You can get up-close and personal with bottle feeding, a petting zoo, or travel through from the comfort of your car.

Description

Hours of Operation are from April to October only. Check our website www.yellowstonebearworld.com for more details.

Our Mission:
To motivate and increase public awareness in the management of natural resources for conservation, education, scientific and recreational purposes. Assisted by an extensive educational and conservation philosophy especially in terms of North American wildlife and protected habitat. To be the leader in the drive through wild animal preserve industry.

At Yellowstone Bear World all of the wildlife within have been captive bred, born and raised. None of the animals have been taken directly from the wild. Yellowstone Bear World allows wildlife to roam freely within huge acreage as opposed to living their lives in small inadequate cages. By roaming freely in the preserve, visitors of all ages and nationalities can gain a fuller knowledge and understanding of these particular species that commonly surround us, but rarely seen or understood.

I've gone a few times in different seasons, but it's still the same. The bathrooms are a mess and super dirty. The staff is pretty rude, and their merchandise barely ever is updated. but it was cool to look around at the cubs and drive through the wildlife. The dinosaur park in it has quite a few dinosaurs with some movement and sounds. We liked the chubby bears
Outstanding well kept secret we've told everybody about! For the most part, the staff is friendly! All around are clean facilities, structures, and habitats for the various animals! All the animals appeared to be well fed and cared for! Feeding the "baby bears" was definitely the highlight of the trip for us! BUT YOUR TICKETS IN ADVANCE! Very seldom can you show up and expect to feed the bears! The food was decent, and as you would expect, overpriced beyond belief! The "merchandise shop," on the other hand, was reasonably priced and quite affordable!
Amazing place. Great opportunity to see some majestic wildlife up close! You can take as many laps in your car as you want, that will take you right by bison, dear and a TON of bears. There is also a petting zoo with deer, goats, ducks etc. A few rides for the kids and a dinosaur place under construction for 2024. IF YOU'RE GOING ALL THE WAY OUT HERE -- spoil yourself and cough up the extra $75 to feed the baby bears. You'll remember that for the rest of your life!!! This place actually made my mum-in-law cry out of sheer joy over all the beautiful animals and getting to bottle feed the cubs.
We went here on a whim because we were headed in this direction and had an extra hour to do something. Was a great way to see the wildlife up close! Bears, white elk, deer, and bison. The bear cubs were playful and fun to watch. The new dinosaur exhibit was much better than I expected for such a remote place. Fun rides here for little kids 6 and under.
We attended as a homeschool field trip. The drive through to see the bears was exciting for my girls 10&3. The petting area was fun with little piglets and momma, deer and goats. The girls had fun feeding them and also the fish and ducks in the river. We got there at feeding time and it was so cute to watch the baby bear cubs drinking their bottles. You can pay extra to feed the bear cubs, but we didn't do this. The new dinosaur exhibit was neat with life-sized animatronic dinos to see and even a few of the little coin ride kind. The small carnival rides we did last were fun and the girls left happy for the day out.
My girls love bears so this was the perfect place to go! Lots of bears to see. You can drive through as many times as you want. We liked the petting zoo and the rides. It's low key but we still had fun!Visited onPublic holidayWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$21–30
I personally like Bear World better than Yellowstone. I love to ride around and see the animals. The bears are so cute, but the cubs are the cutest!!! You can pay to.feed them. You pay right as you arrive and then you can choose to drive your own car or you can pay to ride in their truck and you're also able to.feed the bears. We did that the first time. The gift shop and kid park area are fun too. And then you can also choose to go to the back part and see more animals. You can also feed the ducks and fish. It is guaranteed fun time for everyone!
Wow. The drive through the park with elk, deer, bison, and bears is fun for the whole family. Lots of photo opportunities with animals everywhere. The main area gift shop was affordable with a nice selection. The dinosaur area had a couple of "rideable" dinosaurs and was a unique experience for kids. Free amusement park rides for the kids were also available with a decent selection and short lines. The petting zoo had deer, goats, birds, and a pig. My family paid for the bear bottle feeding and it was well worth the time and the money. Six bears under a year old who like nooking with their feeders and have large personalities for the tiny size of their bodies were amazing to feed and to pet. As with any babies, they had their opinions and different personalities from messy eaters, to inhalers. Such an incredible experience. Highly recommended.
This place is so much fun, we experienced some great views with bears, there are so many bears and they also have about 5 rides for kids to ride on for free. Also, a dinosaur park. It's all included in the price you pay to go in Bear World. They also have a petting zoo.
It was a great visit. Animals were all around and petting zoo was a hit with the kids. Animals loved the attention from the kids. Rides was in great condition and the new Dinosaur exhibit was brilliant. Loved every minute of it.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$21–30
