U Chun is located in the HMart food court and we were looking for a quick lunch one Saturday afternoon at around 2. After a few loops around the food court, I picked U Chun because I was in the mood for some soup, and I saw they had seolleongtang, which is a beef bone broth. I've been meaning to try it so this was the perfect opportunity. I ordered the one with sliced beef and noodles. This came with a cup of rice and some banchan. The banchan was kimchi, cucumbers, and some peppery daikon one which I did not care for. The broth itself was very good. It's soothing and seems like something that would be good to drink if you were sick or hungover. There were very little noodles in it, which I didn't mind because I actually liked eating the soup with the rice. The beef had no more beef flavor, I assume because they use it to make the broth.  I don't know if I would order seolleongtang again here, but I wouldn't mind trying some of their other menu items.

Great food, best cold noodles and side dishes, over all superb value! The bibimbap is also outstanding. I love the little touches like the flask of beef broth that is provided at every table. Service is efficient even when the restaurant is very busy. Decor is clean and tables are well spaced. Very highly recommended!

Service is bad and the korean lady has a bad attitude. I asked the lady to put the sauce on the side twice. She put the sauce in the food.Food: 3/5

This food stall is located inside the Hmart Korean supermarket.  The management is doing a pretty good job by keeping the food court nice and clean. U Chun offers variety of dishes at reasonable price.  Taste and portion are ok and it offers better value than a lot of fast food chain.

U chun is a very good little hidden gem inside of the H-mart. It's a little pricey but sooo worth it. There are a few dishes really worth getting. Number 16 the cold noodle dish Naengmyeon is very good. The broth is delicious, its vinegary and hearty and obviously very cold. Its very refreshing. Another great dish is number 6 which is a hearty hot bone broth with noodles pork. Its so good. But one if the best things they sell is the tofu soups noodles comboed with the grilled short ribs. These are all go too dishes. If you come here id recommend starting with those and over time exploring the rest of the menu. Definitely worth coming too.

This is the long time gen that use to be on Board Ave in Palisades Park, offering the best naengmyen for years before it closed a few years ago. they expanded the menu to more than just their delicious cold noodles way before they closed and it looks like with this new spot, they built upon that with many more offerings. It's tucked inside the new H-Mart's food court in Little Ferry and their galbi tong is really good. Soup is very flavorful and the beef is extremely tender. Their prices are as much if not more than some full service restaurants but the food is very good and worth trying if you are in the area.

4 for nengmyun cold buckwheat noodles and banchan but 3 stars for other dishes.  We always go here when we are craving nengmyun.  Noodle is nice and chewy, broth is flavorful with crushed ice, toppings are seasoned well.  Other dishes tasted a bit too salty and flavored with MSG.  We ordered ttukgook, kimchi tofu, and bibimbop.  Soups were just too much flavored with MSG... hence the 3 stars.
