Use to love the gym until the new staff arrived! Very toxic with the constant watching you to rack your weights. It’s annoying and frustrating you have to rack your weights immediately. The old staff wasn’t like this, just cause you didn’t rack your weights right away didn’t mean you wasn’t gonna rack your weights.. you wasn’t harassed.. Today I’m ending my membership, every since I had words with the front desk I gained so much weight because I took time off from the gym and lost my momentum. Now walking in there I feel very uncomfortable..
Love this place. Always clean and the staff is cool. Even when it’s busy the gym has enough space and equipments to do your workout.
I was wary about going back into the gym with the COVID virus still circulating around but this gym is very clean and sanitary. The equipment is wiped down every 30 minutes - which is excellent!
The place is a hang out. I was one of the first members to join, I liked it up till they started hiring random people. I remember a guy working there with a Hugh beard. The beard didnt bother me but his attitude did! He would hang out with his friends and the whole time. I stopped going for about a half a year. I finally started back up and I liked the staff a whole lot more, but still skeptical on the crowd that goes there. I saw a review that said the place is ratchet. Most of the clientele are that way. I've lived on the West Bank for awhile now the place is nice it is clean and the staff is better but I just can't deal with the people that hang out there. One guy came in with a hair brush attached to his head with color matching head phones and all he did was walk around. Not the gyms fault but it is the customer the area will attract. I'm seriously thinking about spending extra to go to anytime fitness. I'll miss the low cost but if it will get me to some straight up working out people I'm so cool with that.
I'm still waiting on my refund after 2 months. It's been admin mistake after mistake. Signed up for personal training and they made a mistake on the 1st contract, the 2nd that was supposedly fixed there was another issue, plus other issues on the side that will make this longer than what already is. The personal training have a completely different system from the gym according to them. Whatever they promise you, make sure you get it on PAPER, don't expect them to keep their word...they will use the "you sign a contract" very quickly. Last time I check both parties need to honor the contract not just one. They owe me in personal training over $500 cause they weren't able to fulfill their end of the bargain. It may not seem like a lot for some, that doesn't mean I want to just throw away my $$ on nothing.
These people are crooks. You stay you can canceled but after you do they still charge you! I canceled less than 30 days after joining and these cooks said I have to PAY more because the person that canceled "did it wrong"
A great gym for a great price. Nice clean facility and a very friendly helpful staff. Thank You for responding so quickly about the loud music issue. You fit is awesome. Ive edited the review to 5 stars.
Super clean. Much better than Planet Fitness. Staff is friendly and helpful. A large space with something for everyone.
