Truck delivery driver was professional and friendly. My boxes came as expected and appear to be in tact. The driver wheeled the pallet into my garage where I hoped he could drop it.
Worst experience with this company. Driver never mentioned additional fees from an eBay purchase. Now i'm getting bills for $170 from this company and they wont respond to email, phone or mail. Specifically Norma Raygoza who is the contact for billing. And to top it off they delivered the engine broken fallen off the pallet. Very unprofessional.
Unbelievable. I schedule the delivery a week out, take off time at work to be home to sign for it which I had no idea I had to do in the first place...get a call right before I leave work and they need to reschedule! WTF. Screwed up my schedule with many other plans. SO, I reschedule for the next day, I CALL to make sure they are coming which they say yes, and then an hour later get a call to say "make sure you have 2 or 3 people to help the driver deliver the heavy load." WTF part 2. SERIOUSLY? I have to help unload the freight??? Isn't that their job? This is a law suit waiting to happen. SOOOOO unprofessional.
We were told we would receive our package on Friday and the tracking number showed we would also receive it on Friday, but now the shipment is just sitting in their warehouse until Tuesday. "Palette didn't make it out". Very unreliable
Great customer service at the local office. However the online tracking was wrong and had the office not allowed me to pick it up I would have been in a tough spot.
my 90 year old grandma could do a delivery faster then this company.
Forklift driver was very friendly and helpful at will call.
This place sucks and doesn't care about customer service.
