Recently I was looking for a gift for my daughter's wedding Anniversary. Not only did I find just the perfect robe but the perfect card too! YB is the only store in Downtown Grass Valley where you can find quality clothes for men and women, a very cute pair of shoes, pickles for cocktails, up to the minute home goods , a stylish handbag and many more must have items and have everything you purchase gift wrapped! The chicest accessory - a multi color ribboned and tissued gift bag!

Excellent selection and use of space. Used to be the oldest and longest operating hardware store. There is a small rack for males. But you can lose your lady there for hours lol

I was visiting from the east coast for a wedding and spending some time window shopping in Grass Valley when I stumbled upon this store. The employees were so kind and incredibly helpful. Their selection of items was so diverse from clothing to shoes to jewelry, bath items and beyond. I found the cutest, most unique shoes here! All the ladies at the store are so friendly. You can tell that they love their job, and that makes the experience so much more enjoyable for the customer. I just wish they had a way to purchase their merchandise online! Please check out this store. It is so cool and fun!

Fun and funky store! It’s basically 3 different stores in one. There’s housewares, clothing and beauty. There’s so much to see and all of it unique that you could spend hours discovering new and cool stuff. The clothing side is really expensive $140 for a skirt and the sizes run very small!! The staff is always very nice and helpful, but the girls in the clothing section tend to hover like you’re about to shop thrift everything, makes for a very nerve racking and uncomfortable shopping experience. Overall it’s a great store to mill around and you’re guaranteed to find something cool to buy.

During the week of May 13, 2014 for my 80th birthday we visited Grass Valley for the first time. What made it so special was stopping in at Yuba Blue. It was the most enjoyable shop for two reasons: 1 One could not ask for a most friendly helpful group of sales ladies.. 2 The selection of items was outstanding. My wife purchased a most beautiful plate that made our visit to the store the high lite of our trip to the area.

Everyone very pleasant . I always buy gifts for my wife at Yuba Blue.
