Cheap China made bra. The sewing in back was so bad it was not a flat stitch. It bunched up and was raised and rubbed. We buy bamboo for comfort. Spent a bunch of money and wanted to exchange not return. They lost a customer over 30.00 dollars. No care or pride for customers or there products care one bit about you. So greedy and money hungry. It'll everyone ! Ses girl never gets up super lazy!Last owner was great sad!! So sad!

Horrible customer service. A garment I bought their bled into itself and all through my wash. Ruining everything. Including 2 other pieces I bought there, only wearing them twice. The owner refused to do anything except replace the culprit item. She said "if it had something to do with the quality, we would replace it". Isn't the steadfast of a dye have to do with quality? I contacted the manufacturer and they are not only replacing their garment but also giving me two others. Now, that is good customer service. I added it up and I spent close to $1000 at The Bamboo Store since they opened. Lost my business forever.

A hidden secret in Grass Valley. Walked in and immediately felt like a kid in a candy store. OMG, this is a health nut's paradise. Everything from clothing, towels, sheets, lotion made locally, kitchen items, sandals, and more. Very happy with all my purchases, and the staff is awesome. Going back for more lotion and another pair of sandals, even though I live a hour away. An excellent place to shop for someone that has everything, because they have so many unique items. Highly recommend.

My new towels are wonderful and my "bamboo yoga chakra sweatshirt" is absolutely gorgeous! The owner gave a sample of some yummy kombucha upon check out and of his wonderful handmade soap. Definitely worth the 45 min drive for great quality items!
