Good store, tons of deals. The only bad thing is that shoppers always make a mess. People please if you check some thing out put it back on the hanger, it won't kill you, will it. Just have some consideration for others. Stop being mess y, you are not at your house
I love Ross, never know the cool things you will find, but because of this, some things seems so unorganized and is always busy because it's still a fun place to shop.
Ross is one of the few places that actually practice and enforce social distancing, but the store had a lot of empty shelves and racks. It seemed like people just came and grabbed whatever they could and left. The dressing rooms were closed, and so you have to try the clothes on at home and bring back the unwanted items to the store for exchange or refund. The cashiers were friendly and respectful to customers' needs. I would definitely come back to this location.
2 stars only due to the attentive security and polite staff. Other then that, very dis-organized and items strewn all over the place. Very long lines that were maybe a hundred feet long. Maybe 80. It wrapped around two isles and a main walkway. Very nice atmosphere though. Calm too. Just hard to find items. Photo is small example of disorganization.
Decent store; staff ok, they don't greet like they shld... kinda messy but I went after xmas so understandable
Waited in line for 45 min, only had 1-2 people ringing the whole time. All while other workers were walking around “stocking.” The manager could care less.
Always just one checker, long wait. Front register's that go into the mall are always closed down. Prices are good on most clothing but the one register thing makes me shop other places
Consistently too crowded because of management's decision to understaff the floor even during peak hours. To be clear I really like Ross' but the level of incompetence here is astounding. It is a literal chore to shop here, because you often have to wait in line for an hour or more.
The problem here are the customers, not the staff. I've been coming here off and on for two years or so. A mass majority of the people I see in the store are folks scavenging through everything to resale them, and it's pathetic. I'll see old Mexican women looking through male clothes, picking out various brand names to resell on the internet. Or, I'll see women going through the purses, buying any with value sometimes a cartfull and leaving everyone else with slim Pickens. Super frustrating, since by the time you go to the store, it has been picked clean by some resellers. Get a real job.
The line to check out was about a half hour long. They had more security than check out clerks. I ended up putting my clothes down and walking out
