Just who is lining your pockets with money i don’t know my best guess is some entity that’s foreign to this country from what I can see this is a lawless society rules are made up and broken as fast as they are rewritten

The Staff in the Child Support service center are extremely rude and disrespectful to customers calling in inquiring about what forms need to be sent to them. Mind you I filed through my local child support office in Arizona but Yuba County still requires the other party to be served by the other party in the case. When the Child Support division sends the needed paperwork to the other party it is considered a curiosity. I was told by one employee to stop being so emotional and to calm down when I was asking a simple question about what proof of service they needed sent to them. I called on December 8th as well to ask a simple question about my case and if they have received my proof of service I had sent certified mail. The lady told me she cannot help me and to call back after 1PM. If I could give no stars I would. I hope to never have to deal with any of these individuals again. They just give you the run around about what forms you need. I’ve taken many hours out of my day clocked out of work dealing with the disrespectful staff. Overall it was a very terrible experience. I am very unimpressed with the staff.

Waited 30 mins on hold to pay a ticket just to get someone answering saying pls hold I have to transfer you.... Still on hold Wish I could give negative review stars. Waiting 40 mins finally got someone for then to tell me the payment collector was on break so my whole 1 hour on hold was pointless. How can I pay a ticket if noone is there to take payment Can't wait for this county court to get demolished

What a joke. How can you possibly dispense justice only working 5 hours a day. How is anyone supposed to be able to even access the building, let alone access the law with your hours and prices. You should be ashamed.

Terrible regard for the public and severe lack of customer service. Can't/not allowed to use court call on a change of venue case where neither party reside in the county any longer. This court is a complete racket, Judges and attorneys all know each other and help accumulate billable hours to keep everyone employed. No standard of care.

Have not been here in awhile, Some of the interior decor was historic vintage at this location. Nice folks that work here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Parking lot and on you can park on street.

The judicial system in this particular county is simply a joke. The Family Court Judges take risk and have a total disregard for human life. They should be held responsible for leaving children in devastating circumstances.

Depends what you need help with. We shall see.
