This place is a really neat place to buy and see modern art and furniture. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions without hesitation. They also have sassy self help books and great coffee table pieces. They had a lot on clearance today as well so that was fun to pick through. Will definitely be back.
This place is a must go see. My 1st visit was one in Florida. Its is super upscale but amazing cheep prices. Got wonderful stuff.
I’d been looking a sofa for a while and found out the Fort Worth Z Gallerie had the last sofa in the city in stock. I was out of town and called this location first thing in the morning. Kylbe, the manager, sent me photos of the sofa and a few other items, and I was able to pay for it over the phone. They wrapped it up and held it for me until I got back in town. My sofa was delivered today and I absolutely love it! I cannot speak enough about the great customer service and how patient the staff is. I will definitely shop at this location again. Thank you so much!!
1st time in this store and the friendly helpful staff made us want to stay and shop around of almost an hour. Lots of tips from a tall gentleman. Lots of unexpected decor throughout store. I had been on the hunt for 96" drapes for sometime. Scored some on clearance. Always a win, right? Very shiny and sparkly- made me want redecorate
My experience today was perfect, I was able to put my idea together as soon as I stepped in the store with the furniture and accessories that were on the display, which was very convenient and stressless. I would recommend clear fork Zgallerie location to anyone who interested in redecorating. Also the customer services was on point
If I could give them a 0 I would. I have had a terrible experience with an online order. About 4 weeks into my order that cost me thousands of dollars I was told “oh yes we are waiting on one piece and we should have it by the end of next week.” End of next week, I give them a call... SAME RESPONSE.. waiting on that one piece so end of the next week. Another week goes by, I call and it is still in the same place so I tell them I would like to speak with a manager as my order was promised 5-6 week delivery time. No managers available each time I call. The customer service associates always promise that the managers will call back... THEY NEVER DO. I had an Associate say he would call the shipping company and call me back in two hours... no call back. I sent two emails over 10 days ago and no response. One Gentleman apologized and said for all the inconvenience that he could compensate me but not until the order arrives. The order finally arrived and I was told that they don’t see anything for compensation so that they won’t be compensating me. They do a lot of over promising. I feel like it has been a JOB that I have been doing for the past month trying to get my furniture delivered so that my house didn’t feel empty. Z GALLERIE NEEDS A NEW SYSTEM and a better way of handling things. They tell you what you want to hear and then never hear from them again. Once they have your money, you are their last priority.
Update: Issue has been resolved. Review updated. I would not buy any furniture from Z Gallerie. My wife and I ordered a bed back in October with Early December delivery date. To this date, they have no idea where our bed is. Furthermore, they promised to refund our order on 2/1 claiming it should post within 7-10 business days. They still refuse to process the refund because they need to confirm with the delivery company that the bed was not delivered. Edit: Someone has reached out. Final review TBD.
Let's just start off by saying if Z Gallerie is getting your money then they're happy, should you have any problems, they have little to no tools to fix the problem, hence you become their problem. We purchased almost $4000 worth of furniture from this Z Gallerie and from the beginning, it was a disaster. The first thing we purchased was a floor model coffee table. The table had a few scratches on it when we bought it which was no big deal. We understood what we were getting. Because we were unable to transport the table that day due to our small car we opted to pick it up another day because we had to rent a truck. We were told by several store associates that day, that they'd wrap the table that day and have it waiting for us once we arrived. After about a week we were finally able to pick it up, but much to our surprise they were still displaying it as their floor model. Even worse the decorations being displayed looked like they had been run back and forth on the tabletop, leaving a slew of new scratches. We questioned the associates that had been working that day and they acted like they didn't know what we were talking about. The assistant manager tried to slide in the fact that it was a floor model and that you get what you pay for, however, they were displaying the furniture that we bought which was not theirs. Mind you we've purchased from other Z Gallerie's and they wrap your items if they are floor models and you can't take them that day immediately! The manager ended up issuing a gift card at around $119 for the trouble which was fine. This same assistant manager was also the person that placed an order for our sectional and bed. We explained to the assistant manager at the time of order how we absolutely needed a sectional that had a right arm facing and not left arm facing. When the furniture arrived, guess which one we received, yes you guessed it the left arm facing sectional. We checked the order receipt just to make sure that it was a mistake with the factory, but sure enough, the manager ordered the wrong sectional. We also noticed that the delivery guys chipped our bad upon installation, which we discovered after they left. We immediately went to the store the day our furniture was delivered to explain the situation. After explaining the situation to the general manager, he nonchalantly brushed it off, like oh it's not a big deal, we'll order a replacement. He assured us it would take no longer than 2 weeks, especially since it was in stock. He said he would contact customer service and submit the order, which we were told by customer service he never did. We never received any paperwork verifying anything. The general manager is beyond rude at this location. He has no form of customer service experience. He has a huge attitude. It seems like the only time they even care to speak with customers is when they see you spending money. When I initially purchased our furniture, the associates surrounded me like vultures, when you have a problem they disappear like the invisible man. Horrible customer service!!! Oh, by the way, we've still yet to receive the replacement furniture and it's been over a month, so we've started the return process! At this point, we are waiting for them to give us a day to pick up the furniture.
website says "open", sign in window says "were open", hours of operation clearly listed on google says "open" til 7. Call, no voicemail stating that they ARENT open... go by at 4pm and they're closed. can you at least change you facebook to say temporarily closed or update something that says how exactly you are running the business these days... geez...all the other businesses in clear fork seem to be altered and open and its obvious but yet z gallerie leaves you in the dark.
Outstanding customer service...i ordered something online in July and kept putting it off to pick it up--being lazy. Zgallerie called and called emailed and emailed and finally this weekend there was a big box at my door. Z gallerie fed exed my order at no cost to me. This is what i called beyond the call of duty--this was not their responsibly to do this and they did it anyway and i am so happy they did because I love my vase and actually forgot how much i loved it when i bought it.. Yes Zgallerie may be pricey so some but the service and quality they offer is the best!.. i love zgalleire!
