I have opened this sophistcated beauty salon to make you beautiful! ZEN SPA is not your average salon. We use the most cutting-edge products and techniques to enhance your natural beauty. We believe that the customer is always right and that you are more like family. We respect your opinion and work with you to create a customized beauty plan for your unique needs.

Here at ZEN SPA, we take sanitation very seriously. All equipment is sanitized after each use in a sanitizing machine and carefully placed in a sanitation pouch to keep clean until its next use. We insure that our customers stay healthy by following strict standards.

Nuk has been doing my lashes for years! Excellent work and service! Now that she is at Zen spa, I’m not sure if the owner Christina doesn’t like her or her clients, but whenever I have to get service from Christina, it is the worse! She will have me wait for my lashes while she does someone else’s brows but won’t put solution on my eyes to soak! She will never get my service and I’m tempted to take all of my referrals with me! Improve your attitude Christina! Your customer service as an owner sucks!

Everyone very nice and friendly. Great work on manicure and pedicure. 5 stars for me. Yay!!!

My first and my last visit. I had a 10am appointment with Derrick. He casually came to his work station at about 10:20am. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the skillset to do acrylic nails. In the meantime I saw a customer come back because her nails broke; another customer had a 10am appt for a pedicure; he was still waiting when I left at 10:35am. The lady/owner not sure wasn't very friendly. They had 1 technician who did acrylics, who was already booked. So, I ended up going to my normal spa in Waldorf. I was hoping to find something closer to home. Unfortunately, this place isn't it.

I had the most pleasant experience today with Derrick. He was very accommodating with my damaged nails from too much dip and gel manicures. Derrick was gentle and very professional, he made me feel like I had beautiful healthy nails. And my regular mani was done to perfection.  Highly recommend Derrick.

I was a walk in and she took me to get my nails soaked. After that I sat for an 1hr an no one said anything. She never said that it will take an hour to get service. She just took me and that was it. Everyone just walking pass me not saying nothing. If it was going to take an hour you should have said that and I would have came another day. They lost a customer. The worst. Tony did an amazing job on my dip powder nails, and we got a kids manicure that she loved! The salon is clean, smells really well-ventilated not full of fumes like some nail salons. Everyone is masked. Great prices. Highly recommend!

Service need to be better, waited for 1hr30 mins to get my nails done after the host kept telling me 15 more mins. Left and got my nails done elsewhere for a much better price and no wait time.

I have been a customer for years!!!! Even before Christina and Nuk came to this location… While I loved coming to this shop, after today I am no longer a customer! I make appointments before my services every two weeks, and not once, twice, three times but JUST ABOUT EVERY APPOINTMENT Hailey is late! I have tried to be patient but today was it! My time is just as valuable as the next persons! And when I make an appointment I expect maybe a 5 minute delay maybe even 10 maybe but today I had an appointment at 1 with Hailey at 1:12 she asked the person still in her chair did they want eyebrows as well seeing me waiting for her and then proceeds to go wax someone’s eyebrows!!!! NEVER once did she come to me and say something she acted as if I didn’t exist!!!! I am beyond upset and totally disappointed I take my loyalty serious, I have referred tons of people to this location and been a regular EVERY two weeks since they came to this location! I feel completely disrespected and have no plans on ever returning… Totally sad!Services:&nbsp;Acrylic nails
