I bought the 4K Pen. Video is fantastic!! Also the pen was delivered super fast. The pen works great, much better than I expected. It's the real thing. I needed help setting up the Date and Time and support responded quickly and and resolved my concern. Love this thing.
Way Too loose on my head! 15% restocking fee plus I have to pay postage! Beware of the small print! RE: Thank you for responding, and working with me on the restock fee. That is respectable! I bought these for my cruise trip with my girlfriend. I have a pretty big head and she would never be able to wear them. I'm active would hate to keep pushing them up or losing or dropping them. Just not a good fit for me.
Purchased the Fuma II smoke detector spy camera. Had a minor issue or two getting it connected but once connected the device using the Smart Life App it performs as described within my domain. Good video quality and is able to save recorded video files directly to my Samsung Android as well.
I have 3Z Tronics cameras that work just fine but I purchased a fourth and I’m trying to add it and it will not connect. I called the support line and can’t leave my number because the voicemail is full. Hopefully they will read reviews and get me some help. They called me back and got me connected!!
I've had the LARK glasses for about a month.i use it while fat biking,its pretty stable,very good video. Sound quality on playback is good also
Overall, the Zetronix portable hidden camera/digital clock is an exceptionally good product. Quality build, utilizing a bright blue LED display, hi-res video recording capable of low light recording, video archiving, long battery life, and a Bluetooth streaming speaker as well!
Excellent tech support helped solve a problem I had in setting up my device. They sent a detailed, step-by-step approach to help me set up the device, that -- to me --was not at all obvious in written instructions that came with the system. Picture quality excellent. Haven't tested sound quality yet.
I had a 2 yr old camera that stopped working, chatted with a very nice girl named May Belle, told me how to fix it and it was up and running in minutes!! Very good customer service!!
ZETROIX is top of the line for products an followup to customers . Staff with this company go the extra mile and address the problems and questions with prompt attention. Staff such as May Belle deserve my compliment.
Online technical support was a pleasure to work with. A knowledgeable person responded immediately to my chat. They walked me through troubleshooting steps and identified the problem. While in the chat they engaged another person for further assistance. I started another chat up the following day and got the same technician, making it easy to pick up were we left off.
