After literally "giving it a shot" by first opening days and nights in 2014, Zombie Johns took a full year off in 2015 to analyze reviews and feedback to find out what the local community hungers for Halloween entertainment. In addition, time was needed to scrape together additional funding for the monstrous venture. After thoroughly investigating the data, it was decided to shut down and terminate the day time pumpkin patch, but instead go with the strengths of the night time activities. Therefore, the Zombie Shoot Thrill Ride has been revamped in 2016 for a bigger, better, mind-blowing experience. The haunted corn trail will again be a terrifying experience, and new for 2016 is the addition of Corbett's House of Horror, a huge, 10,000 sq ft haunted house. Combining forces with Corbett's, 17 year veterans in the haunted house business, Zombie Johns is taking a stab at offering and managing the best Halloween themed, interactive entertainment in the greater Sacramento area.
