I recently went to Zoola to purchase a vape but had little experience with vapes in general. The shop was welcoming and I was given a crash course of vape technology and how different types of vapes suited different needs. The rep gave me a thorough showing of several models and I was able to find the right unit for my needs. Two weeks later I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and will continue using this shop for all my vape needs!
I get all my kratom from Zoola and I live about 40 mins out. They have the best prices by far. The guys are great and kind. Very helpful!!
First time coming to this store, Calm atmosphere the guy who helped me was more than helpful with trying to fix my broken tank instead of trying to push a sale like most stores would. I didn't get their name but awesome guy! Also enjoy the new VooPoo tank I ended up purchasing. Definitely will go back if I'm in the area! Traveled all the way from center city to visit.

Vape buying frequent customer. The guys are super helpful and knowledgeable and always up for a good chat and laugh. Also the setup is very nice and it is very clean. Replaced the vape I bought that wasn't working correctly no questions asked and give me free samples to try whenever they get something new in.
Amazing had the glass I needed. Even cleaned it and put it back together 4 me! Very friendly super clean alot of selection
Third time here, come from NE Philly to go here. Quality Juice, Awesome Environment, Great Prices, and Great selection of Sizes and Delicious Quality Juices. If you want variety in flavors you will not be disappointed coming here.
They usually have what I need and it's never busy. I always call in advance just to make sure since the place is far from where I live. And they always answer the phone, so that's nice. They also have a place to just sit and hang out for people who want to stay; and there is a spacious bathroom on the first floor as well.
I was referred to this store by a friend who assured me of extraordinary service but warned me that there is a new owner now, therefore she wasn’t sure if customer satisfaction is a priority at this time. Nonetheless, I went and bought a vap, new tank and two boxes of coils and the manager was extremely helpful and nice. However; that stopped as soon as I had a problem with a leaky tank that opened and leaked in my bag , on my table, etc when not in the upright position. I went back to the store twice that same week that I bought them and the manager refused to even exchange the tank for me. He told me the tank was not defective. How could it be not defective if it opens and leaks when it’s on the side? I left very dissatisfied with the service and he did not seem to care . I definitely do not recommend buying from that store since they’re nice to sell but would NOT help you if there is a problem. Wish I can post a picture of how I found my vape with oil all over my table but I can’t seem to find an option for that. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I recommend everyone save the trip and go to liberty vapor where employees actually care to help. I purchased a caliburn g after their strong recommendation and the pod itself has broke after just two weeks of light use. They told me it’s a pod and refuse to help. They shouldn’t recommend pod based systems that you have to replace the pod as often as the could you also have to replace. Never had this issue with any other shop and to not support your customers is absolutely ridiculous. Had I had the vape and exposed it to ordinary wear and tear fine but it was just purchased. I’m not a rookie to this and have been vaping for 6+ years. I let them know this and they told me “have a good day bud” STAY AWAY. Edit: After your response I’d like to add I didn’t ask for you to leave your home to handle, I asked for it to be handled in a professional manor and not request I pay out of pocket for a product not even two weeks old that has already broken. It’s simply unprofessional the way you’re responding. I took maybe 10 minutes of your time by message and felt it was easier to send a pic there and ask instead of calling. Telling me to spend out of pocket on an item that was just purchased is pretty ridiculous. Was not misuse or extreme use. It was light to instruction use. So congrats on treating a customer of yours for the past several years like garbage. I’ve easily spent a grand there as it is close to my work.
