I bought iphone 11 screen but i got the worst and cheapest screen that broke up in 1 week Everything is fake

Very nice and helpful people. The wireless company is both affordable and reliable. The store itself is one of the best places to get phones and some discounts. Same with all the other accessories and such that they sell.

The worst people to deal with a bunch of rib off they will charge for original parts and install the fake Chinese with the worst quality that get damage really fast and when you go back to them they pretend they don’t know you. I took my I phone for screen replacement they charged me for original but installed the fake type that causes the phone to heat up in seconds when you are talking on the phone to the point you feel like it’s going to burn your ear. I took the phone to someone else he told me that they installed the fake Chinese type they also stole some original parts from the inside of the phone and put fake parts

Love this store always have good prices for phones and repair this is the only place I go when i need anything related to cellphones. The guy name jesse over there is the best person working there I ask for him when I need anything related to cellphones highly recommended.

Best store in the area to visit. I would say in the whole borough of queens. They have a huge selection of cases and many other accessories. Really good prices on phones. Employees of the store are really nice, cooperative and helping. I recommend everyone give the store a visit.

Good price but fix will not last. Use cheaply manufactured materials and no guarantee it will work for long. Horrible experience. I wouldn't trust them again. Especially if you have iPhones.

GREAT STORE, GREAT PRICE, GREAT SERVICE. Bought a boost phone the staff help me so much to transfer all my information to the new phone no other store do this kind of favor. Real nice store clean and friendly people

WORST PLACE EVER TO GET SERVICE ON YOUR PHONE!.. I left my phone to Jessi and said he would call me to let me know what the problem was since my phone wasn't turning on. I waited 3 days, when I called he said "oh, its not ready yet" I'll call you tomorrow. Tomorrow came no call back.. I called and he again said the same thing. A week passes by, when I finally go to the store to see whats going on. And there are cops in the store, because a customer was having the same problems as me. And "Jessi" sent the phone to be fix else where. And didnt have the phone in the store. And the customer wanted his phone back because it had been two weeks. And my phone comes to know, couldn't be fixed.. Seriously stay away from this place. They may give you a better price, but the worst service ever!!! Apparently there are two Jessi's that work there. One is the owner, and the other Jessi is somehow related to the ower Jessi what I've been told.. So don't deal with the younger looking Jessi.
