My daughter had been looking for her dream Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for about 6 months. She saw one at Zoom Motors and called the dealership. From day one she expressed to me how impressed she was with the conversations she had with them. We decided to go down today and take a look at the Jeep. As we drove in, we saw her Jeep all staged and ready for my daughter! How special was that. We were greeted by Mike a super amazing and kind person. It was out of the ordinary how special Mike made the whole experience from start to finish. Mike went out of his way to make us feel welcome, no pressure, making it a very comfortable experience. I would say Mike gave us an excellent customer experience! Thank you Mike and Zoom Motors for a wonder day and the awesome Jeep. I will be buying another Jeep very soon. This was definitely a 5 star experience. We were so happy with the Jeep buying experience, went back a month later for a truck. Love Zoom Motors, will always go to them. So family oriented and helpful. Thank you Mike and Daniel was always so friendly too.
Mike and Daniel are awesome! Mike was our salesman and I can't say how impressed my husband and I are with the overall experience. While it took a few hours to go through finance, everything was thoroughly explained and Mike worked hard to get us the best financing. We drove it off the lot same day. Our new truck is beautiful and very clean. Just what we were looking for. Don't pay attention to Yelp. They hide positive reviews.
From start to finish of the process to see a possible vehicle for purchase to keys in hand and leaving the driveway only took about an hour. Mike was really cool and knew what he was talking about for his inventory and trucks in general. And Danny was an awesome finance manager was respectful and very knowledgeable about the purchase details from beginning to end! I appreciate their attentiveness and expedited service. Mind you, I was only windowshopping LOL and I was reunited with the eco-boost that I missed for a little bit of time. Thanks guys! I will definitely come back in the future and recommend this dealership to anyone!!
Had a great experience here. Would I go back? Yes. My brother wanted a truck and we looked at many used dealers. Wish we would of came here first. It didn’t take long at all for the paperwork and they made it as painless as possible. They had a great attitude and really down to earth. If you want a quality vehicle for a fair price this is your place to check first. I like this place so much I will be referring all my friends here. If anyone else comes here you will see what I’m talking about and you will end up referring your friends as well. To the dealership thanks and it was a pleasure buying a truck here.
The quality of service is amazing. Mike is professional, insightful and finds the perfect car for everyone. He was very patient and explained our options. He was very polite, kind and not pushy at all. He gave us space and time to think through our decision. The entire process was very easy. We did not feel stressed or rushed at. Mike was amazing and gave us such a great deal! He was honest, easy to talk to and not pushy. We ended up with a great Toyota Tacoma that was exactly what we wanted. It checked all the boxes and then some. We had visited 3 other dealerships on Fulton and came back to Mike. We will be returning if we ever need another vehicle.
Daniel and his staff are awesome! Everyone knows buying a vehicle can be stressful. They made it so easy, worked hard to get us approved, and even sent us off with a full tank of gas! I would highly recommend Zoom Motors!
Had a great experience with Daniel purchasing my new to me Dodge Ram 2500 diesel! They made me feel welcomed and helped me through out the entire buying process! Not to mention the complementary lunch cause we all know buying a vehicle isn’t quick! Definitely recommend them!
Zoom motors did an excellent job of helping us find a vehicle that both fit in our budge range while also excelling in the area of having features we did not expect but were thrilled to be able to enjoy. They were great communicators and did not hesitate to answer our questions thoroughly. The speed in which everything was carried out was very beneficial and was greatly appreciated on our end.
Well cared for place. Great staff and lots of choices when it comes down to inventory. Showed up not knowing what to choose but ended up with a great vehicle at a very reasonable price. They held my hand during the entire process and helped me drive my old vehicle back to my house. Daniel and Mike both definitely know what they are doing. Can’t thank you enough zoom motors.
