Shawna helped me just after opening on a Wednesday morning. I left my phone from the day before and stopped to pick it up on my lunch break. She said a personal pan pizza, unlimited toppings took 20 min. to bake. It was done in 15 min.! Very nice surprise Parking: 3 cars at 11:30 on a Wednesday.
The order yourself is tough to get used to but works really well! Always fast service. Menu is large but food is always okay at best. It's never bad, just never seems to hit the spot. Their most recent menu change took wings away and that was the best thing in my opinion. The bar is awesome. So many drink choices with their own touch. Location is great as well. Dock side is a nice option.
It was smaller than I thought it would be, and they definitely need more dock space. We waited in the water about 25 minutes before a spot opened. Also, I had to cross a very busy road to get to it. But overall the staff were very friendly and courteous. The wait time was very minimal, next we will drive there instead of boat.Food: 4/5
Food was good. Especially loved the homemade marinara for the garlic cheese bread! Pizza crust could probably be a little more substantial for holding up to many ingredients.....many fell off trying to get a slice. Good flavor though.
Pizza was delicious and different. Had a Mexican - came with sides of guacamole and sour cream. Atmosphere is casual - dining inside and out. Good for kids. Can come by boat.Food: 5/5
Kinda odd ordering your own food at the bar, but it worked out great. Fresh ingredients. Even the mushrooms were not from a can. Very good pizzaFood: 5/5
The place to drink with great music and appetizers meal. Very knowledgeable young hip people working. Open door to their kitchen. The Greek Pizza we had was unforgettable. Self service utensils and take out boxes. Very Mexican-Greek foods and drinks. Just a little bit on the expensive side.
Great dock system! Good quality docks, lots of them, deep water nearby, and located on the back end of the lake where boating waves aren't bad. Very nice!Food: 5/5
We have been to several Zorbaz locations and were very happy to have time to stop in to the Alexandria location on our latest trip through the area. Our new pups were very welcome on the patio so we could sit and enjoy a fantastic meal without having to eat in the car after driving through somewhere!! It was fun to watch the boats pull up and dock just across the road for people to enjoy Zorbaz as well. Great afternoon for all of us!! Kid-friendliness: The Alexandria location looked like kids were having a great time playing in the sand volleyball area!!
This place was great! Pleasant surprise..we had never been before. Staff was great . They were good with gluten free options. Marked on menu. Mexican and gluten free pizzas. Interesting atmosphere. When we are in that area again we will go back.
