I'm a licensed Zumba Instructor and have been teaching for almost 2 years! In those almost 2 years I have participated and hosted multiple zumba events, one of my FAVORITE things to do! I can honestly say that Zumba is the only "work out" I've been able to stick with over the years.
Join me for classes at BAC South, located out Nashville Road on Flex Park Drive! You don't have to be a member, you can come as a guest for $5.
It doesn't matter if you have 2 left feet, what age you are or your size...Zumba is truly something for everyone!
