ZUMBA® and Devoted Fitness Classes®
Zumba® combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba® participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing Zumba® participants to stick to the Zumba® Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba® is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
Zumba® is a class that combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused dance moves to create a calorie-burning, strength-training dance fitness party.
Zumba® Toning is a dance and muscle sculpting program made possible by using sand filled toning sticks, which are very similar to maracas, combined with fun dance moves.
Devoted Fitness® is a cardio dance fitness program set to Christian music. Slide, Stomp, Cha Cha, Jog, Kick, Salsa, Twist, Shuffle, Jump and Shout your way to a healthy body and soul!
"Soulful Saturdays" will include Zumba® toning and Devoted Fitness®.
