I I have danced for over 25 years. I fell in love with Zumba in my very first class. Every class feels like a party, high energy and anyone can do it. It doesn't matter if its your first class or if you have never danced a day in your life. Zumba is for you. Its a wonderful way to relieve stress and work out while having fun.
