1 Stop Barber Shop-Van Alstyne TX

By far the best place to go. I’ve gone to several haircut places and barbers in the area. Gabriel has always gotten what I want done right. He runs a great shop and every barber is amazing. I will not go to any other place.

This is the only place I’ll go for a haircut. Everyone there is extremely friendly and accommodating. Issac is who cuts mine and my boys hair and always does a great job. I have even been able schedule an appointment prior to business hours which is top notch customer service. Keep it up guys, y’all are killin it.

I've been going to 1 Stop since it opened. I have a chicken supply business down the street. Isaac has been my barber for at least the last 2 years. I typically go in the afternoon, but due to my busy schedule, I needed the earliest appointment. I scheduled a 9 am with Isaac. When I pulled up to the shop, the lights were out, the open sign was off, and the hours posted on the door stated 10 am to 6 pm. So, I assumed that their online scheduler app must have been incorrect because why would appointments be available prior to opening. So I drove off. Then I received a text saying that I missed my appointment, and was going to be charged for the missed appointment. I called, expecting to receive the voicemail and leave a message to dispute this, but to my surprise Isaac answered. I told him that their scheduler must be wrong because I came at 9 am and they were closed. He got an attitude with me, and said that he was there prior to 9 am. I mentioned the hours on the door, the unlit open sign, and he responded that he takes appointments prior to opening, but everyone else comes in at 9:50 am. He said he's been doing this for the last 3 months. How would I know this? There was no indication on the appointment scheduler. I asked for a refund and to reschedule the appointment, and he said he'll do this one time, but if I miss again in the future I'll pay for the missed appt and the next appt because he could have filled that appt spot with another person. I've never missed an appointment in the past and I'm never late, and I told him I'm completely reasonable and understand why they have the policy, but this was a circumstance where they were not clear with their customers on the special hours arrangement. After years of going here to be treated like this, like we didn't even have any rapport and with an attitude, I won't be back. I recommend the owner update the hours on the door if their barbers are going to be coming in outside of business hours of operation and Isaac needs to learn a lesson in service because he lost a loyal customer.Service: Haircut

Love this place. Skin tight fade with a straight razor shave. Gabe is great at the work he does and has built an awesome place. Use the website if the schedule button seems to be messed up.

Great cuts, but when I call to set an appointment, they want you to set an appointment using Squire app. Great, until you see the additional $2+ for tax. I will go elsewhere. That's an additional $2 that would have gone to the barber as a tip.Services: Straight razor shave

This barber shop is awesome!! They are so good with kids and are always so nice and friendly. Will be a constant customer.

I get my nephew’s hair cut here. Carmen is our favorite! She does a great job and her personality is wonderful. The prices are good and the quality of service is outstanding! I highly recommend this Barber Shop !
