I’ve lived at 2550 S. Main St. Apartments for a little over a year now and I can’t say enough good things! Casey does an amazing job at keeping the property running smoothly. The grounds are always well-kept and any maintenance requests I’ve made have been addressed very quickly! I’m thrilled to continue to be a part of this community! I would highly recommend living here.
Dirty on move-in, unkept community, terrible lease terms, and the amenities and gates are always broken. Their response to this review is an outright lie. The front gate is still wide open after being broken for over a month. Maintenance provides no notice or communication even when my water has been off for days. They pay for good google reviews.
I have had nothing but a positive experience - my apartment was in great shape when I moved in and any very minor repair requests were taken care of quickly. The property manager, Casey, is always very friendly and helpful including throughout the leasing process.
I recently moved in to 2550 Apartments. My experience has been great. I was working with another complex for move in, and they really dropped the ball. The apartment wasn’t ready on my move in date, so I had to look elsewhere. Luckily, finding 2550 Apartments and Property Manager Casey was a godsend. He made the process so smooth and the apartment was a huge upgrade from what I was in. The size of the apartment is massive. I’m able to have a pantry, walk-in closet, and dining area in my 1 bedroom. That is usually unheard of. The property is beautiful, and I love that it is a gated community. You can tell that they really care about the property. I recently met Chad, the maintenance supervisor, while walking my dog and he was so friendly and easy to talk to. I really look forward to my remaining stay here. Thanks for all you do!
Recently moved in and loving it so far! Kevin is super accommodating and replies to questions in a timely manner. He also holds packages and notifies you of them. The space is great for the price. Location is perfect. Loving the larger bathtub and storage space. One opportunity is definitely the guest access/delivery at the front gate. Overall, it feels like home and we like it here.
I recently stopped by to look at a one bedroom and was very impressed! The apartments are large and nice, which has been very hard to find. When I was walking around the community I met Chad, the maintenance supervisor, and he made my experience even better. He’s very friendly and shows that he actually cares about the community and the tenants. I will definitely be coming back when my current lease is up.
We've been living here since 2017 and these are the pros and cons: Pros: 1. The location is amazing, close to anything 2. The size of the apartment is big. We live at the 2 bedroom unit and both bedroom are adequately sized 3. Love how friendly the maintenance guy is Cons: 1. We had our friend move in on December 2020 and up until May 2021 we still haven't got our referral bonus. The staff at the office kept giving us excuse and we tried to understand it, however it's been a couple of months now and we still haven't heard anything from them unless we call. As of today, I'm still waiting for my referral bonus. 2. If we asked for a maintenance to fix something, it would take them days to come. Our dryer keep breaking apart for almost a month now and the maintenance tried to fix it but it keeps breaking apart. We had to wait for days without a dryer, I wish they would just get us a new one because when our washer broke down, they got us a new one not long after 3. The small gates are always broken so sometimes they aren't even locked 4. The gate keypad never worked since we moved here and we asked a couple of times on how to set it up but they said they don't even know how to do it so we just stopped asking. If you have visitors, you need to either come down to open the gate for them or if the gate is broken then they can just get in 5. Pool is too small for how big the apartment complex is
Large master bedroom / big closet/ Pets friendly/ Garage. Definitely a good place
These apartments are awesome! Everyone in the office is super nice and help us in any way they can especially Jill who is our leasing manager. They know everyone personally, we even got a Christmas gift from them. I love how the apartments are always super clean our apartment is very big in size and I always feel safe due to it being a gated community. Maintenance is very fast whenever something is needed. I recommend these apartments to all my friends.
This apartment is awesome. It has separated laundry machine and dryer for every apartment. The size of the apartment is larger compare with other apartments who have similar price. The environment is good as well. The living area is quite and safe. The manager Jill is extremely helpful and friendly. She answered all of my questions, and she helped me solved a lot of problems with profession. Maintenance here is also fast and good. I felt so good living here compared to other places I’ve lived.
