Personal and Group training
My passion is functional fitness- fitness for everyday movement. I never have the same workout twice! Variety is key, I use non traditional exercises to get lean sculpted muscles. Depending on the client I use HITT training for maximum results and love my sandbags, kettle bells and slam balls.
I like to learn what the clients love and provide that. There are so many ways to work out the body why not do something you like.
