If in or nearby it's a good place to visit for the kids. Slightly crampped if above about 70% capacity, otherwise if well timed it's pleasant and enjoyable. Good staff, nice snack bar and mall connectivity a bonus. Always good price point specials too.

The facility is great for the kids, party of kids had a great time. but The level or quality of the staff is very bad, these people looked untidy, not very helpful, sat on the stairs in groups chatting away, standing right in the path of patrons, kids were not monitored correctly which is a huge safety concern, kids were allowed to stroll out of the side door to the outside without being stopped. Trained competent staff is lacking.

It's smaller than I expected, seems more appropriate for kids due to the limited variety for adults. They also have 1 unisex toilet for all of us to share, it's surprisingly kept clean but 1 toilet right in the middle of the kiosk area is a bit off putting. The staff is friendly, overall very clean, you can also get slushies and mini snacks at the kiosk, there is an outside sitting area for adults to unwind. Decently priced as well. Enter the foam pit at your own risk cause that thing is difficult to get out of.

Kids really had fun... Hoping for some improvement wish I was able to watch the kids playing will I was sitting down. But it not possible because of the setup

The woman at the front desk as well as all the other staff should not be allowed to speak to clients. They are disgusting and so unprofessional. Also, the music is so loud . Highly inappropriate. Waste of money. Fire most of the staff. I’ve told many not to go . Poor poor poor experience.

Nothing melts my heart like honesty. I had forgotten a valuable item at 21 Jump street while I had taken my toddler there on a Monday. I went back on a Wednesday and found the staff having had put it in a plastic and kept it safe. On top of the good service I received, the honesty & care took the cup. Thank you.

My kids and I had fun. Great place to leave your kids while you do your shopping.

Staff are absolutely rude, parents are not allowed to stand and assist their small kids without paying a jumpers fee! Allowing groups of teenagers to sit on trampolines and have their social club, preventing kids from having a full experience. I think you should teach your staff how to approach and speak to people. Definitely won’t be coming back

Awesome place to take kids but won't get business as they over priced!!!

One of the best places to take the kids when it's raining. We really had awesome fun and will definitely go back again. Staff are friendly. My only concern is the big kids and how wild they are near the smaller kids. Parents must just pop their heads in now and then.
