Got a unit here and was very impressed with the service, the company itself is a bit pricey, but you getting value for money with high end security and a well maintained facility.
Very professional, helpful and with a sence of humor staff member even the security personnel at the gate.
Had a really great experience. Dale and his team gave grade A service all the time. I forgot my driver's license at their offices and they made sure to inform me and arrange to get it safely back to me. They are also very efficient I would highly recommend them.
Good service if you apply for storage, its neat and well secured but the problem comes in with after sale service. I left my storage space clean and neat and was promised that my deposit will be paid in 2 weeks. This is not the case. You will struggle to get your deposit and if you phone management they tell you they will sort it out and get back to you. But they never do. This is the worst service i've ever came across. Still no deposit in my account. I wont recommend this store but good luck if you do use them. #dissapointed #bad4business #frustrated

BAD and POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. The debit order was loaded incorrectly which affected my monthly premium. I had requested a call back from the facility, no one called. I called and it transferred to HQ, left a message and no one called me back. I am deeply disappointed with the experience I got from this branch - I will NEVER use Stor-age Boksburg again.

Dale is a great person always helpful and kind to clients,the storage space is great depending on what size you looking for,very safe and easily accessible when you need anything. My problem is the manager called Tumi Kgodungwe l have never seen a manager conduct himself in that manner he is plain rude and disrespectful.he behaves like he is above everyone else he doesn't listen to anyone.this guy honestly needs to fired or taken back to training on how to deal with customers.there is no way one can pay R1800 every month and be disrespected by that raccoon.the company needs to do something or they will lose clients that trust them.
I have been with Boksburg Stor-Age for 2 months. The first month I received a notice that my payment is late. I send an email requesting why my debit order did not go of my bank. I did not receive any feedback. I then phoned and was told that my debit order was loaded to late. I then immediately made an EFT payment. This month the debit order again did not go of. I send an email, no response, I phoned three times and everytime was promised that someone will call me.I again send an email and still await a reply. This service is pathetic to say the least.
Hi, When I initially rented the storage unit I was advised the deposit will be paid back once I left the unit. Sent emails and even visited your branch twice advised the deposit for a vacated storage unit B31 will be paid back into the account as soon as possible because your staff is on leave till today, nothing. Left the unit on the 31st of January 2021 and deposit refund for the unit was never paid back to me it’s April now. Very disappointed with how I was treated as a client, with Boksburg storage you’re never given feedback with complaints. Thanks Millicent Gebe
