Contacted Rich about selling equipment and furnishings from our business. Received a VERY rude return call on a Saturday evening basically telling me off and hanging up on me. Tried to return the call but wouldn’t answer and no voicemail. I would never consider using these people and you should probably think the same

Rich and A to Z Auctioneers were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. They came in several days before the auction to separate our equipment and small wares into lots and helped organize everything. On the day of the auction our restaurant was full of active bidders. We made more $ than anticipated and the entire day was very well organized. Rich is a very good auctioneer and he got us top dollar. I would use him again though I hope I don't have to.

I had to sell all the equipments from one of my Subway stores and came to A to Z auctioneers to help me with the same. Not only did they demonstrate a very high level of planning and professionalism, their service time was pretty quick and they ensured maximum return in terms of the price that I got from the buyers. There was absolutely nothing that I had to care of from my end and they ensured attention to every minute detail. It was a completely stress-free and hassle-free experience and I would totally recommend them to everyone looking to sell any of their big equipments.

I bought few things in different live auctions by this auctioneer. I normally buy only things that are very late models with minimal usage. Now that there are no live auctions Because of the Covid-19 I started to buy in the "ONLINE AUCTIONS". So I entered one of the auctions that most of the items that were posted, posted as "New Item" and everything else Looked nice and Shiney. It turned out that the shiney oven I bought is over 6 Years old that does not function and needs a new board that costs over $450 and the induction cooktops that definitely stated "NEW" were not new at all. On the day of pickup there was no one to talk too. I no more trusting this auctioneer.

Rich and Anne were very knowledgeable and professional. They took care of everything from start to finish. Rich was easily accessible by phone or text and answered all our questions. He worked hard to get the most money out of a gym we had to close. I would highly recommend them!

Such a great experience. During a time of chaos, Rich, Glenn and crew came in and helped calm and give order to what was a very stressful situation. Extremely professional and easy going...had to be to deal with me. I can't say enough positive things about my experience. True professionals to the highest degree. I don't normally write reviews but I felt like I had to share my experience because it meant that much to me. Great experience I highly recommend to all.

I lost my lease on a small commercial kitchen in NYC that I ran for the last 15 years. Rich and Annette of A to Z Auctioneers came to the rescue when I needed to sell the kitchen equipment. They were both very helpful and really accommodating, With just a few days notice, they advertised the auction and pulled the whole thing together. It was a relatively pain-free experience for me as they took care of all of the details! I highly recommend this team to take care of selling all and any of your used restaurant equipment.
