I joined Club McCarthy to use their drive me home service. I phoned them and after a lengthy process a lift was organised. I received an sms saying they are on their way. I asked the lady how long will it take, she assured me it will take 15 minutes. Its now a day later and they have still not arrived. I am cancelling this service today. You cannot rely on them.
My vehicle broke down on the roadside 2 weeks ago at 07:26. I immediately contacted Club McCarthy and was told that a service provider will contact me. Sticks, the service provider, contacted me and told me that his tow truck is In Cato Ridge and don't know what time he'll come assist me. I told him then I might as well get another service provider and he laughed at me saying I must go ahead. Three hours later I was contacted by McCarthy club and I told them that I've not yet been helped and they said they will send out another Service provider. Another hour has passed and nothing. I contacted AA and they arrived in 22 minutes. I want to be reimbursed for I had to use an alternate service provider. Please contact me ASAP to make payments. Regards Raun Chinka I
Awful experience. I called for assistance at 8h30. Still waiting. Ridiculous. Going to cancel my subscription. It's now nearly 12h00 and still no sign of any assistance not worth the money
Trying to renew, made more than 30 calls. Choose option 3, get put on hold and cut off! Maybe the business is redundant?
Called to cancel service. No answer for the last 5 days
Pathetic service, was on the phone for more than 20 minutes without assistance!!!@
