Great experience. But..... People don't seem to understand that it becomes their fault if something is broken and is not brought to aucor's attention in time. I bought something, and it comes in a pair, yet I only got one. I made the mistake of not opening it for a week to check inside. When I realized about it, I understood that it was my fault. People need to take responsibility nowadays.

Aucor has a wide variety of cars whether it can be an old car or a new car but the new cars are not first hand. Every car that is there is a pre-owned car. The customer service is excellent. They help you decide which car is actually perfect for you as you inspect the cars thoroughly. The cars that are sold are sold at your own risk meaning they are not liable for any damage caused to the car. You buy the car as is, just like how you see it.

This is not an auction house for professionals. People bid so high you might as well buy the product brand new with warranty. This isn't Aucor's fault but its the kind of bidders they attract. People ruin it for everyone by bidding so high on items. No point buying a second hand item with no warranty when you can buy it brand new for 20 - 30% more.

Worse service ever. Advertising a differrent price but actually charging a huge amount. Getting charged Tax on top of that, why not include tax on the original price. Ripping off people.

Be very careful of anything electronic. Not much time for returns. You may as well bought from a proper shop with guarantees otherwise, or you may just end up with rubbish. But on the whole you may pick up some bargains.

Bought an item, it doesn't work, returned it. The same item was put back on the shelf later that day. You don't get a refund, you get store credit. Bought another with that store credit, forgot to check it immediately item turns out to be broken, now no refund is available because its 4 days after the purchase. Once you in the trap, you don't get out. I'm definitely done with aucor.
