The people working at the bank are very nice, but the system is slow. Feels like the bank is stuck in the past when compared to other banks. I was there about two weeks ago, I had to wait like two hours to be help by customer service. Seems like this branch serves a lot of elderly people, so I would suggest getting a PA because the elderly people can't hear when they being called or maybe a screen to display the number being called.
Waiting waiting...why cant simeone issue cards, now i must sit and wait, previous round i waited an hour, i just left. Now i must sit and wait again. If you are working you cannot just come to the bank and spend hour. Change your system.
Worst bank ever. Waited here for a very very long time. Person in the 3rd counter keeps going to the 4th . She hasn't seen a customer for the past hour. Been in line here for well over 2 hours for a simple thing. Wish I could give 0 stars.
Another branch where clients account credibility is question by prejudice and as ATM assistants interference is present. The staff are incompetent in their jobs especially caucasian females. Timeline spent 2 hours getting nowhere with fixing my accounts. Time approximately 10:35am Friday 19August. Disgusting service. I take my hat off well done Janine Vermeulen you are a better customer service orientated employee.
Service is very poor I have been waiting once again almost a half and hour plus there is people in front of me... Some of the staff very unfriendly... I'm really considering too change banks... How can a bank so busy have only three on customer service when they know it's always busy... Also makes a person wonder why it's always so busy
Bank procedure requires me to see a customer consultant. Obviously the consultants are not skilled - have to discuss each client's requests with each other. One consultant is even struggling to log onto her computer. This is a pathetic situation but I have to wait to receive a new card
What a joke really waited almost 2 hrs only had 2 consultants at customer service we decided to leave The most unfriendly manageress the numbers where already over 150 when they called again they where mide 60's Then the receptionist still remarks "that's how it goes, there's other Branches we can go to Don't know what customer service is
Always worried going to the bank. But everytime it actually goes smooth. Got there at 8:30 was helped within 15mins. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
