Trainers are great and super fit and inspiring. Each trainer offers a different experience. The workouts are incredible and tough, there is no hiding. The family created by members makes for a lovely workout environment.
Talk about a training facility that is all about fitness and fun. The trainers are professional, fun and make you feel comfortable each and every session.
Your heart rate will spike and you'll get pushed to your limits. Shower facilities clean and spacious. Awesome atmosphere and comes highly recommended.

Went for a complimentary class and was pushed to the limit. I really loved that. The music is pumping and the class co-ordinator keeps you motivated to carry on. Will be signing up.
