Edison Way CrossFit

I've joined Crossfit Juggernaut 4 months ago after an injury at the gym. The injury was caused by poor technique and lack of knowledge. Crossfit Juggernaut coaches have made me feel comfortable and improved my understanding of true fitness through extensive attention to detail on my performance and progression. I'm officially hooked on the community, fitness education and my new set goals to achieve a healthier lifestyle with the Juggernaut coaches.

hi I'm from texsas im level 4 crossfire coach , im US olympic weightlifying coach for sports , and beside of all this peppers , i train and coach with many great athlete around the world , i call this gym for open box , so i can train 2 hrs a day for time im staying in CT , some small girl answer and told me who i am , and she say i can't train unless i do one class with whoever coaching !!!!!!!!! first how they can figure it out what level i am in one group class second maybe i have some injury or some condition witch i am not able to do some of the move , ?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And i wanna know this is a same brand as juggernaut weightlifting gym in NY ??????or the just using the name ? And i went to few place in SA all same attitude .

Great box! Coaching is professional and detail orientated, which is exactly what you need to make progress. Members at this box are friendly and are definitely each others cheerleaders. Would highly recommend!

My experience at Edison Way Crossfit was very unique. Great owners and coaches who are friendly, competent and passionate about the Crossfit Community. This is the factor that really stood out for me. It is a place where community and cheering each and every athlete on was so palpable and evident in all they do. A definite must go to Fitness Facility for young and old, newbies and veterans of the Sport of Crossfit.

Excellent environment, the right amount of encouragement and all round good time while pouring with sweat. Great coaches and owners, all super welcoming and friendly. If you're looking to be part of something, make new friends or try new ways of working out, I'd highly recommend Edison way crossfit.

The people at Edison Way Crossfit are so welcoming and accommodating. Their trainers are knowledgeable and are always ready to help you improve your form. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to inprove their fitness level.

Did a drop in and all I can say I wow! One of the best boxes I have been to, great coaching, everyone was friendly and welcoming and just a good vibe overall !
