Storm is a gifted trainer - personable, focussed, passionate, professional, patient, understanding, knowledgeable and experienced. His communication is excellent for explaining about the training sessions and techniques. He tailored my sessions to my purpose but he raised my limits and kept challenging me. He is always positive and continued to motivate me. His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to achieve my goals, and continue getting good results and attain my goals. He has helped me to reach great levels of health and fitness that I could not have reached without his training and motivation. While helping me in developing and practicing good health habits he also showed me that training can be fun. The LBN studio are extremely clean and kept in excellent condition.
