Poor enforcement of rules. The staff are great. But they allow people to open the shoes and gym and not use sweat towels. It's disgusting how some in fact most people at this gym behave. No sense of cleanliness in them. I Have asked the team and management a few times to walk around and enforce those rules. But nothing. They walk but have talks to people. Yesterday two guys took of their shoes to gym it was stinking. I left immediately. My contract comes to an end soon and il be our of here. This gym doesnt have much going for them other than their price. But this is not worth the price. Their equip is limited and no better than virgin and rhei space is small for the number of members. Overall its a bad experience going there. They forget what management is. But i guess they get paid for just signing more people and and getring the premium to maximise revenue from a fairly low and stable cost base It's sad given that I joined them for cleanliness.
Absolutely love going to gym here, they have everything you need and the equipment in top of the range. Staff are friendly and always willing to help.

Value for money, you cannot get better...it's modern , has all the gym equipment you will need, as well as classes etc...service is friendly & helpful when needed...it is clean & modern
5 Stars from me! Stepping into the gym, you are always warmly welcomed with friendly smiles from the staff. Gym is neat, modern, and kept super clean. Sign up was very easy, quick and automated. I'm impressed!
I’ve been attending this Viva branch for a few years now and am consistently impressed. The classes and equipment offered are great and for the price month, I’d recommend it to anyone
Amazing gym. Amazing people. AND month to month payment instead of a contract which is a HUGE plus. Gym/locker room gets a bit tight during rush hour but it’s really not a problem.
The staff and trainers a very welcoming, since the 4months I've been training here I've grown alot, I've gain muscle, my fitness level is great and my cardio has been awesome eversince. Made me eat and live life healthier.

I absolute love this gym. It is always clean, fresh and not a cattle parade. The staff are friendly and the equipment modern. They now operate during loadshedding. An absolute gem.
