What an incredible experience this was. The staff is super friendly from the booking process all the way through to the actual activity. You can make a whole day of it. You can hand your phone to the staff who will take videos and photos of you. They keep the phone safe for you while you abseil down and hike back. I strongly suggest taking water down with you for the hike back. Especially if it is a hot day. I will definitely do this again!
An absolutely amazing experience. The team are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. During the booking process Leo was friendly, informative and answered all my questions. My instructor Owen explained the activity and safety procedures clearly, he was super hyped and made the experience fun and exciting. You can hand your phone to the team who will take videos and photos while you descend. I suggest taking water along for the hike back up. I would definitely recommended.
What a great experience unlike anything we've ever done! We were a group of 5 ranging in ages from 23 to 54. The Abseil Africa team was very professional, walking us through the safety and strength of the system so that we felt secure. Howard and Smith were fun and informative and took great pictures of us as we started our descent. The hike back up was closer to 45 minutes for us, and a little more challenging than we expected but still doable.
Thrilling experience for all adrenaline lovers , the hike back is supposedly 30 minutes but we got lost and took 2 hours to go back. The guides are fun and help you ease up abit. Great characters. I loved every bit of the experience
It was an amazing experience to abseil and to cliff dive in the Kamikaze Kanyon! I had two fantastic guides. Everything was very professional, but also fun along the way. You definitely need to be quite fit to do the tour, as it is a challenging hike - but totally worth it!
Fantastic experience all round. Great communication and good crew on sight. If you haven't abseiled before great place to start. If you have tell them to give you enough slack. More let down then abseiling.
Absolute Amazing Experience on one of the new 7 wonders of the world, no better place to do this than with Abseil Africa on top of table mountain, the views are amazing, the experience is unbeatable and the staff really have got your back from the very beginning until the end. We was late arriving due to a long unexpected hike up to the top but we contacted the team who was very professional and friendly from the moment we made the booking, they contacted us via whatsapp which i preferred. Would highly recommend this to all who are visiting cape town.. Plans changed and the Abseil Africa team was more than accommodating this is a team who have got their act together and truly do focus on their customers experiences.
What an amazing experience, it wasn't on my bucket list but so glad I decided to do this. And a nice surprise halfway down Will definitely do this again
Abseiling is by far the most extreme thing I’ve ever done! I don’t know what I thought abseiling was, but it wasn’t this, LOL. I was an excited nervous wreck and No initially I didn’t like the “surprise” I got towards the end But I would definitely do this again now that I know what it is. 10/10 recommend.
This is just amazing. You can abseil from the table mountain and you got an amazing view. But also you can go to a Kamikaze Canyon tour which is incredible. You can jump of a 22 meter high cliff into the water up. in the mountains. The guides are very professional! A lot of fun.
