I am incredibly disappointed with acciDent Guru. We sent our work bakkie in to get some minor work done on a few of the body panels and some dents. They had the bakkie for around 2 weeks before we went to check it. We weren't happy, so we sent it back. They had it for another week, we weren't happy, so we sent it back. They had it for another two weeks! That's five weeks in total of you've been paying attention, and we finally decided that they are simply not going to be able to fix the issues. There was overspray, pooling in the point, pitting, there were parts where the wet paint was scuffed and never resprayed, there were parts where the paint was sprayed over and simply wiped once, without actually checking if the paint was completely off. Finally, the bonnet was meant to be repainted, but on closer inspection, it was still dirty underneath! What kind of respray job is it when half the body part is still dirty? Surely you clean the whole thing beforehand. Lest to say that we will NEVER use acciDent again. I can understand small issues here and there after the first job, but we sent it back TWICE. And it's still not right. The bumper that was pitting wasn't even painted with the correct colour of the rest of the bumper. It was patched up, and you can see it! And when you're paying R35 000 for a job, you want it to be right!

I'm deeply disappointed with the manager and owners communication with me about my stolen items when it went in for repair earlier last month. I have contact the office manager on 3 separate occasions over a period of 2 weeks to try and resolve this issue with a complete disregard to the theft and acceptance of responsibility for the crime committed. The mentality that the customer is at fault for an dishonest employee baffles me to say the least! After I requested the owner, Paul, to contact me I'm still waiting patiently for feedback on his findings but my fear is I will no doubt have to pick up my mobile ensuring my mobile phone gets a fresh top-up of 275 bucks by the end of this week to get to the bottom of the this. If you thinking of "popping" into this business for take advantage of its services, I would HIGHLY recommend you record everything because if not - ITS YOUR FAULT
