I don’t know how others can give 5 stars. But I’m giving 1 - Zero if I could. When they call you to say the car is ready for collection, IT SHOULD BE COMPLETELY FIXED AND READY FOR COLLECTION - Not with a broken taillight that they caused during the repair. And then tell the customer to come back to fix the light again when THEY are ready! Ridiculous! Why don’t they just fix everything while the car is there? Secondly, black paint or some other substance like silicone on the white visor and steering wheel. Also dirty white dust on the carpets and seats. Is it necessary to mess up the interior of a clean, new car? Don’t their workers know about washing hands?? Why must my insurance assign a place that doesn’t really care? Maybe they just care about certain customers? Why inconvenience a customer more than once?Service: Body & Trim

Have had a very good experience with Faber so far despite my insurance company wasting weeks getting the claim approved. Friendly staff and working throughout the festive season to get my car fixed.

Took my car in for body work and a tail light replacement on Nov 28th and they had said the car would be ready in 8 days. They took an extra week despite misleading sms updates about the status of the repair. I had to call before finding out that my car was still in panel beating and not in the primer bay as informed in the sms. They replaced the bumper fine but the paint job was bubbly and they hadn't covered the battery terminal with the flapwhich I found while driving home by the wipers. Yet the car was marked as having passed QC. When I picked up the car, the car had an airbag error that never existed before that and now they want to add that to my claim. I will be going the legal route. I definitely would not recommend.Services: Electrical

Took my TT bumper Already stripped to just the basic bumper in to be respired after some deep scratch repairs. First they wanted to charge me R4 120 for this tiny bumper, which is ridiculous!! They had the bumper from 21 November and I only managed to get it back After a lot of fighting on 1 December. I called JP who helped me we I dropped the bumper off and I’m still waiting for him to return my call, he seems to be never available. 
The spray job turned out great but the price, time it took them to complete the job and the service from JP was horrible!!Service: Body & Trim

Would also give a zero if I could, took my car in for some small body work to be done, waited weeks for the car to be ready, and then when I picked it up-found several scratches, front bumper loose, and the drivers door bumped which they tried to cover up with a paint that did not even match my cars colour!!! I am still waiting for them to repair the damage they caused!! Horrific experience and what's worse I am having to fight with them when it was Discovery Insure who sent me there!!!!! Please avoid them by all means!

I was extremely happy with the service from JP and his staff. All very friendly and professional with follow up communication. Quality of work is excellent, only reason they do not get 5 stars is because it took longer than expected for repairs to be completed. That being said loadshedding caused the delay, so maybe a bit unfair to them. Highly recommended for excellent workmanship

I really don't know how Faber coach works can employ people who think the customer is stupid. I have been waiting for almost a month for a call to bring in my car. 1st it was the parts that will be delivered after the 14th. When a called on the 16th, I was promised someone would call me back immediately. I called again on 23 March, and again was promised a call back on the 24th. It's 20:48, still waiting. Bad service should be put in their slogan or logo. Please get rid of people making promises that they cannot keep. I refer to Faber Paarl. There is no word that can describe the BAD SERVICE that I am currently experiencing. Never again
