Eugene at the branch gave 5 star service. I wasn’t buying huge cost items, and he was very patient re all questions I had. You get great service and vibe from time you hit the door. I had one item that had an issue later on. They quickly ordered a replacement, as they’d run out due to the special they were running on them, and 48 hrs later I was called to come and collect. I’d use them again for ANYTHING electrical. Highly recommended

The only helpfull person in the store is the Security guy, Stood at the counter , waiting for service, was ignored by 3 sales guys , yet when a regular of theirs walks in, they stop what they are doing to chat with him.. Disgusted. Went to an electrical supplier up the road, servise was swift.
